Description of Work: Very nice polite man returned my call. I emailed him what we needed and he returned email quickly stating he does not service the St. Petersburg area even though on his website it states he does. I emailed him suggesting he remove St. Petersburg and he responded thanking me for suggestion. He sounded very nice wish he did service our area.

Description of Work: I sent them a message on 6/11, did not get a response by 6/15. I called them on 6/14. Not a call back by the end of today. They obviously are not courteous, so why do business with them?
