Both projects completed.

They are really good. They are timely and do a good job. They want to please you. I have no negatives. They offer a Groupon discount for your first time.

Chris was due to arrive between noon and 1 P.M. I got a call from him around 12:30 asking if it was okay for him to arrive a little early since he had finished a prior job and was on his way. I was delighted to not only have a punctual handyman but to have one get here so we could get an early start on the jobs! Chris wanted to walk through the jobs first to see where I wanted the curtain rods hung. He then carefully measured- asking me questions since he wanted me happy with the results. The three rods and curtains were hung just as I would have done them myself were I able to do that job! Chris was pleasant and efficient working throughout the entire experience. He answered questions I had about future projects I have in mind. It was a great Big Deal- glad I purchased it!

He did a great job that took a short time to fix the TV mount. We originally thought that that job would take up his entire time but he did it quickly and efficiently. the TV now fits perfectly into the space.

Jeff, the co-owner, sent his son Michael and partner to my home for needed repairs. Michael was on time, very professional, stayed within his stated time and fee and was very pleasant and helpful!

It didn't go. They never called back. UPDATE 7APR - sent Angie's List a copy of my cell phone bill showing the times and dates I called My Handy Craftsman. A while later, I received a call from Mr Handy Craftsman apologizing for not getting back to me and asked what kind of work I needed done. I advised them I already had another company do the work.

We had a laundry list of minor items to be installed/repaired in our 7 bedroom home. I called Jeff at My Handy Craftsman explaining that we had a punch list of items requiring his services. Because the list was long, I emailed it including the specific room each was applicable to. Jeff assigned Mark Lawn the job. Mark came out, assessed all as well as extra items not included on the list, and provided a quote before any work commenced. Mark worked through his lunch to ensure all tasks were completed that day. He was focused and thorough --- asked questions and made recommendations (better solutions) to ensure we would be satisfied. The one task he was not qualified to perform was removed from his list; however, he did indicate that another service person at My Handy Craftsman could perform the task. A second task he could not perform was due to a wrong size component we purchased. Because of the overall great experience - phone conversation with Jeff and Mark's work - we will request they accomplish a few new tasks plus the TV mount. My Handy Craftsman were fabulous! No question we will continue to utilize the company.

Job went very smoothly. Very professional and pleasant company to work with.

He was friendly and helpful. He chipped my sink, but got distracted and forgot to tell me he did it. It was a hard job to remove the old faucet. I called him and he did come right back out to fix my sink.

I initially purchased the Angies Big Deal for 2 hours of general carpentry work. I intended to have the french doors adjusted and repaired. When they came to do the work, Michael showed me the extent of the water damage the doors had suffered and how the doors had been warped by the water. It was much more serious and damaged than we had expected. I asked for a quote for replacement and received the estimate within 24 hours. We agreed on a price and a schedule and waited for the doors to be manufactured. They came and installed the door, painted, caulked, and generally took care of the water issues with some new gutters above the doors. We were completely satisfied with the work and I would certainly have them do more work and recommend them to others.

I was very pleased with My Handy Craftsman and would hire him again in a heartbeat. He was able to come out on fairly short notice (I called on a Monday afternoon and he was able to come out on Thursday morning). He arrived exactly on time and went right to work on a list of items. I primarily needed help with fixing a leaky tub faucet (it needed a new cartridge and I couldn't get the old one out) and a bed foot-board that I was having difficulty properly securing to the rails. Since there was a 2-hour minimum and I had a number of tasks around the house that needed completing, I added them to his list and got them done in a fraction of the time it would've taken me to finish them. I did discover the next day that there was a discount coupon available that I had not taken advantage of, which normally would have irritated me (both that I had missed it and that he didn't offer it), but he was so professional, so helpful, so pleasant, and so quick, that I'm just not (irritated, that is).

Mike cut the block and protected the rest of the house from the dust with a piece of plastic. He framed out the outside and inside very professionally. Mike did a great job and I will hire again.

I had one month to get the job done. When I first contacted him he said he would be able to do the job in two weeks. The two weeks came and on the day they would to come they called me late. They came up with some excuse as to why they could not come to do the job that day and said they could make it out in another two weeks. I explained that was past the date I needed to have it finished. I ended up having to hire someone else to complete the job. He was nice but I believe he handled it unprofessionally and wish he would have handled it another way. I wish he would have been upfront and given me the options, price and said yes or no that if he could do the job. I risked losing my insurance because he kept putting the job off.

They did a good job. They were very helpful. They were able to fix the problem when I thought I would have to replace the ceiling fan. It all worked out well.

I wasn't entirely happy with how they figured their hours of work time. They were very professional. I liked them a lot. They were good.

They took care of that for me. I got an Angie's List Big Deal. They did about four hours’ worth of work. They were very good. It was a satisfactory experience. They were very thorough. They were concerned that I got everything the way I wanted. They were very workmanlike. They were very nice and very pleasant. I absolutely got my money’s worth.

The handyman was on time and personable. We went over the things, I wanted to have done, and the time limit I had and got started. He finished both things even though it took a little longer and he didn’t charge me extra. Great job.

I contacted My Handy Craftsman in response to the Angie's List deal. Jeff called returned my call and scheduled the appointment quickly. They were professional and worked quickly. I was a bit surprised that they didn't make more use of power tools for some of the effort, but the craftsman got the job done without a complaint or a break and did it well. The Owner of the company even made a follow-up call to check on my satisfaction with the job.

This is my first time using Angies list and I was skeptical however, that is no longer the case. Michael was polite and did a professional job! He was clean and the job looks fantastic. I asked questions and he didn't mind me asking in fact he taught me a few things I didn't know and can use in the future. I am so happy with the work that was done I asked for an estimate to have my floor done in the same room and will have them come back based on that estimate. I intend on using them for other projects as well, I am very pleased with the work and the prices. If I wasn't I wouldn't be going back.
