They are great. We have used them for years. They are very clean. They clean up after themselves and they don’t make a mess. They are there when they say they will be there. They are reasonable.

It turned out very well. I had tried to repair it myself. I had bought the pressure valve and they were willing to use it even though I had initially put it on wrong. They were able to take the plumbing a part and put it together correctly. They did not charge me for that part as well.

They showed up on time and came when they said they would. They were clean. They were respectful of the property.

It was great. We have been using them for years. They are very clean and prompt. They are not cheap, but I feel you get some value. Anytime there is a problem we call them.

This Plumber is not for talking.They charged me for a repair thats not repairable.And for one (1) Handle on a fucet US $ 287.00 in lessthen 20 minutes.So be carefull when you call them. They do not explain you while they charge this amount. The Owner answered to me ,i can charge what i like and how much i like. They not finished there Job

I thought I just had issues with the pump, but as it turned out, the water heater was leaking. I didn't notice the leak because of the way the previous owner had built shelves around the W.H. Those shelves would have to come out before any work could be done. I had the company quote me with and without removal of the shelves, and with two different W.H. options. I decided to go with self removal of the plywood shelving to save $200 (why pay a plumber's hourly to get the work of a carpenter's assistant?). The initial visit was a Wednesday, and I gave the go ahead to do the work on Friday of the same week. Meanwhile, I tore the shelves out. On Friday, the same plumber arrived to do the installation. In fact, he was too prompt. I was still in bed, having not yet recovered from the previous night's White Russians. However, the office called me to tell me that their plumber was standing outside my door, which quickly brought me back to consciousness. That was around 8:15 AM, I think. The job was complete by 3 PM. I inspected the work and found nothing to complain about. No complaints. All was well. I had never seen a flat black Rheem water heater before. Neither had the plumber. That's what I got and now I'm the envy of the neighborhood. The service contract that someone here complained that they try to push on you seems like a good deal. For what I paid, I got an instant discount on the work plus there'll be the mutually beneficial 10 point inspections. It didn't seem like a hard sell. I could have taken it or left it, but I decided it was worthwhile. Sure, the inspection is a sales opportunity, but no one forces anything on you. If you have any sense at all, you can separate the "it would be nice if" stuff from the necessary repairs. I've dealt with other plumbers in the area. They send out so-called technicians who can handle most minor repairs but when the heavy stuff comes up, they have to send someone else. I really despise that way of doing business. If I present a complex problem on the phone with the vendor on the phone, I expect that someone will be sent who is capable of handling the job. Maitland Winter Park Plumbing has not ever sent a boy to do a man's job.

The company did respond quickly and I was very pleased with that. However, I did think they were very expensive and pushed a "years contract" for which you would receive a little lower price. Also felt the cleanup was not as good as I would have expected since they left a stain on my carpet.

They are expensive, but are very good. They are excellent. I don?t remember what the hourly rate was. They were professional and punctual.

It was an excellent job. They are high quality. They are prompt and personable. The only negative I have is that their prices are very high. The clean up was very good.

Considered regular hours on Saturday as I called before 3 pm. Promised they'd be here as soon as they called the "on call" person away from his holiday shopping. Jody was here by 3 pm and checked it all. Discovered the problem was the junction box below the Progress Energy Power Saver control box, in which all wires were burnt. He rewired the water heater, bypassing the power company's box, and got me hot water all by 4 pm. Then, he also helped me call the power company to explain what was wrong, which was a great help and thus ended up not costing me money for them to come, as compared to if I'd called an electrician right away.

They came as promised. Their work was neat and perfect. They carefully cleaned up the job site when they were done. They were pleasant and professional. We would gladly recommend them to anyone.

The technician was very professional and performed a clean job. No leaks afterward. Everything went fine.

They came the same day I called and completed the work very quickly. The plumber even gave me a few tips in case I attempted any plumbing repairs in the future. They are not the cheapest plumbers around, but do you want the cheapest when you're fooling with water inside your home. I want the water to stay in the pipes and not go anywhere else!!
