Duration of work about 3 weeks . All teams are very professionnal Good job. We were very satisfied. After 2 months some cracks around the bath tub.

They are a one stop shop kind of thing. You can go to their design studio and pick out things. They will give you a designer to work with you which I find very helpful. The owner of the shop is Keith. We did not really like the first design but Keith went and to check on the improvements in our bathroom so that we could see how we can get a larger shower and larger bathtub. He was unbelievable. This was a long project, about 12 weeks. The guy that we worked with was great. Overall, I enjoyed the whole process. It was costly but they were extremely responsive.

Awesome company from the minute we walked in the design studio. Handled everything from design to complete installation. Fabulous people, great design, installation went without a hitch. Priced on the high side but well worth it, excellent value for the money and followed through on everything they promised. First one went so well we're starting the second bathroom within weeks!

After my unpleasant experience was posted here, I received a most gracious letter. Fortunately, the salesperson I had a problem with is no longer employed there. The owner has made it most inviting to return for remodeling work when we may be able to do so. Such politeness is refreshing.

They are excellent. Their son showed up and he was a very honest obviously intelligent hardworking kid and he gave me several options and a recommendation and which happened to be the least expensive probably at least profitable one for them. They have plenty of business. I did not need to recommend things that they did not need to make money. I like that. Honest, family owned and quality workmanship. I thought they were very reasonable compared to the other company I had come out called Father & Sons and they tried to sell me something I did not need and it was grossly over priced. Well they have not finished yet but I suspect it is going to be excellent work.

We enjoyed working with Keith and the entire KBF team. Keith listened to our wants and made great design recommendations. He engaged us in the process from concept thru granite selection, cutting and installation in the new configuration. The craftsmen were friendly, skilled and thorough. KBF kept us informed on job progress and finished the work in a timely fashion as promised.

Keith and Ashley came to the house,looked at what we wanted and gave us an estimate for the process. Keith had everything on a screen so we could see the various options and pick which on we wanted. When work first started there was a challenge but Ashley and Keith of KBF stepped up and took action to correct the challenge. This was a great experience with very competent trades persons and we are extremely please with the outcome.

The most recent work continued to be outstanding.

Keith and his crew are amazing. The job went as promised. It far exceeded our expectations. From design to demo and install their work was flawless. What craftsmen! We don!'t recognize our home anymore. We are so impressed that we just contacted to have our two remaining bathrooms done as well. If you want a company that is fairly priced, dependable and master craftsmen, then you need only contact KBF design. HIGHLY recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

Their work is impeccable and they are fabulous. They are pricey. The got the bathroom done in 5 weeks and finished the bedroom in 3 days. The price is worth everything you get from them. They do everything for you and you don’t have to do a thing. They were here early every day and the cleanup was excellent.

They did quality work and his sub contractors are very good. Keith visits the job all the time to see if we needed anything.

This did not go well for me overall. The representative made it clear as she came through the door that they will give me a range of two prices. One is the budget price and the other is the top of the line cadillac price. She did indicate that the remodel would be turnkey when they have completed the work, however before they will provide any direct estimate of the work it would require me paying them $750 upfront which would be absorbed into the price if I chose to go with the company. If I did not after they did the drawings then I would forfeit the $750. She then proceeded to show me her IPad with a photo gallery of work her company had done. I must say the work looked quite impressive. She then extended to me an invitation to come out and check out they gallery in Altamonte Springs.I did ask why I would need to pay $750 and she stated that they did not want to waste their time to design a space to give a direct estimate if I did not proceed with the work. I did not feel comfortable with this company because I felt like they under valued me the customer. Maybe if I lived in a gated community or in a wealthier part of town they might have made me felt like they wanted my business. It was like they felt that if you did not go with the budget plan which was according the representative between $32,000-$38,000 or the cadillac price which was between $42,000 and $48,000 then it was not worth their time. I told the representative I thought their prices were quite high but it is their business and they have every right to set their prices as they deem the market will bear. I on the other hand had every right to go with another vendor if this price was something I felt was quite inflated and so that is what I have done.

It was a pleasure working with KBF Design Gallery and their designer Reid on the design. His suggestions were right on. It was nice to work with someone who actually listened to our needs. As for the crew we couldn?t be happier. Not only did they do a completely professional job it was obvious they took a great deal of pride in their work. Every night when we would check the day?s progress we were impressed that they not only straightened up the job site they took the time to sweep and wipe up the dust from that day?s work. I would recommend KBF to anyone without hesitation.

If a company can't provide service through the appointment phase I was not willing to risk going any farther

Keith visited our home to give me an estimate. While I found his showroom to be very professional and of high quality, I didn't feel the price quoted ($40-50K) was justified compared to other options available to me at the time. As I explained to Keith, I would have had to sacrifice all of the detail (cabinet glazing, crystal glass in cabinets, etc) I had selected with another company had I gone with him, and would have ended up with a bare bones kitchen. In the end, I walked away with a beautiful kitchen for $23K. I would definitely recommend Keith and his staff, however, as I found them to be very professional and extremely talented, with a beautiful high-end product line that would make any homeowner proud.

After consulting with several firms, we hired KBF Design Gallery to do a complete home remodel. This included the kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms, master bath, and a large bonus room. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. The kitchen, which is now the focal point of the home, is magnificent. Keith consulted with us on a color palette and design concept at the outset of the project and executed on it flawlessly. The work performed was professional, clean and with an attention to craftsmanship and detail. Keith provided timely updates throughout the entire project and never failed to return a phone call or answer an email. Any concerns or issues were handled reasonably, and efficiently. With such a large scale remodel we were concerned that the project would consume our lives. With Keith in place as the project manager everything was taken care of for us and we did not have to put our lives on hold. The result was a remodel that was on time, on budget, and exceeded our expectations. I would confidently recommend Keith and KBF Design Gallery for any size upgrade or remodel.

Keith provided an estimate ($22-29,000) for remodeling the master bathroom. Although this estimate is within range of other bids, I am not selecting KBF for my project. Keith commented that he would design a bathroom that I would like given "my champagne tastes and beer budget." When he made that comment, we had not discussed any numbers. I have successfully remodeled a kitchen and hall bath so I am not new to the remodeling process.

I interviewed a number of other kitchen and bath designers in the area before choosing this company; however they were not the cheapest. I will use them again in the future.

They are very professional and very good. The owner knows what he is doing and the subcontractors he is using are usually very good. I will use them again in the future. They are not cheap but the quality makes it worth it. You can trust this guy.

I met with Kimberly Crowley, their design consultant in July of 2008 after finding them on the web. She came out to my house to scope out the job and offer a proposal which I accepted. Shortly thereafter all the necessary measurements were taken, deconstruction was done and the new materials installed. The only hitch I had was when their plumber crossed the hot and cold water in one bathroom. When notified of this problem, it was quickly rectified. To their credit, everyone showed up when they said they would and all of the trades were very professional and neat.

They had done a good job. I would use them again in needed.

They do high quality work. We spent about $15000. We totally replaced the cabinets, faucets, tiles and electrical lighting. We had a dropped ceiling in one of the bathrooms. We did not replace the tubs or the shower. I think they are a little more expensive than other people. We liked their work and the quality of their products. We thought it would be worth paying a few extra dollars to get it done right the first time. We will use this company in the future.

They were excellent, on time and cleaned up after themselves everyday. Our kitchen was done in 6 weeks as they had promised. They also provided us with topnotch materials as promised. Any problems were dealt with Keigh, and he came over the same day and took care of any problems that we had. They were very responsive and it was just an excellent experience.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEIR KITCHEN DESIGNER IS EXCELLENT. SHE IS ABLE TO VISUALIZE THINGS. SHE GAVE US ABOUT 2 OR 3 DIFFERENT PLANS AND THE PROS AND CONS OF EACH CONCERNING THE SPACE THAT WE HAD AVAILABLE.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT BECAUSE THEY REDID OUR KITCHEN. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS QUALITY, AND THEY STOOD BEHIND THEIR WORK. EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN WHEN THEY LEFT AND THEY WERE PUNCTUAL. IT WAS EXCELLENT BECAUSE THEY WERE VERY TIMELY IN SCHEDULING THINGS. THEY STAND BEHIND THE WORK THEY CONTRACT OUT TO HAVE DONE. THEY WERE ON TIME, AND EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AFTER THEY LEFT.
