Excellent job. When our first scheduled date had to be rescheduled because of heavy rains they kept me updated. Took care of permitting, inspections, power company turn off etc. And they cleaned up afterwards! Can't say enough good things about this company.

For several days, we had been smelling a burning smell in the kitchen. We narrowed down the culprit to either being the dishwasher or the garbage disposal, but since we smelled this prior to installing our brand new dishwasher just one month earlier, I thought it might be the disposal. I was obviously concerned because this is my dream house! I had my husband turn off all the breakers to the dishwasher and garbage disposal until we could figure it out. Obviously we know very little about electrical work, so I called on Joe, who was recommended to me by my home inspector from another home I had purchased in the past. He came out the very next morning because he had an opening in his schedule and heard the panic in my voice. According to my husband (I was at work), he and his assistant looked at our house's electrical setup (which seemed incredibly complex since the house was recently remodeled) and began investigating the red flags. He pulled out the dishwasher and immediately diagnosed the problem. Apparently a former homeowner had plugged in a higher voltage dishwasher plug into an electrical strip that couldn't support it. The wiring was completely charred where it was plugged in. It could have set our whole house on fire!!! My husband didn't notice when he installed the dishwasher because he simply attached the old plug to the unit, assuming it had been hard wired into the house like it was supposed to be. Joe removed the old wiring and properly installed the correct wiring into the house's main electric. The entire experience took less than two hours! He saved our house!!!
