+ -1 moreOverall, not bad for the money. They recently (within the last 6 months) went through some type of office changes. They have not been able to keep up with money since then. They tried to bill me for 3 months past due payments (which I had already paid - thank goodness I keep records!). Then they insisted I pay weekly (I'd been paying monthly for 2 years). Then they lost my first weekly check and accused me of not leaving it! On top of that, they speak very poor (and very little) English; and seem to take advantage of that at times. The service isn't bad, but it is deteriorating.
Description of Work: They provide general house cleaning every 2 weeks.

+ -1 moreWork and workers were not consistent. Had the discussion many times with crew as well as Owner, what I expected done in my house, just could not deliver. Major lack of communication skills.
Description of Work: General Housekeeping every 2 weeks.

+ -1 moreTHEY'RE VERY NICE, HOWEVER THEY DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH VERY WELL. I AM HAPPY WITH THEM. I GET GOOD SERVICE AND A GOOD AMOUNT OF WORK FOR THE MONEY WE SPEND. WE HAVE A VERY LARGE HOUSE.
Description of Work: THEY PROVIDE GENERAL CLEANING SERVICES. THEY CLEAN THE ENTIRE HOUSE.
