From the first meeting with the sales representative to final installation the communication was excellent. The product was just as we expected with the installation completed in time that we expected.

They can sell but no delivery on what you are told you are buying. We are a senior couple that feel taken advantage of.

Very professional

I was quite impressed with the installer, Mr. Gomez. He solved all the problems that occurred in the kitchen with old pipes. The counters look wonderful they fit beautifully, I couldn't be more pleased.

This job is bad, its needs to be redone, removed or replaced. Ordered an 8x5 Island with waterfall as a major 50,000 kitchen overhaul. The main showpiece is the island is horrible. It is not level, seems are raised and uneven, edges are pieced in with scraps. Errors are hidden by filling with excessive epoxy that is not the same material-this means that the seamless edges that GT promised is impossible to get seamless edges. The prep work was bad, the edges were not made straight, aligned or leveled properly and it negatively resulted in a poor project result. Every edge the installers touched is ruined it is bad. The waterfall is not centered, the edges hang over the side where they should meet. Edges are not even close to being aligned the MITRE cuts are way off up to 1 sixteenth to one eight of an inch off making gaps. The seams are so uneven that the miter edges do not even meet. Sad is their attempt to install a one-piece seamless bay window ledge to replace the beautiful one I had to match the counter tops wait ahhh nope, they put it together from pieces of left-over scrap material rather than making it from a one piece as promised and what I paid for The mitre cuts are eight degrees off so off that the seams are over an eighth of an inch wide. Looks horrible. The installers have no business touching any remodel let alone even the hint of high end custom kitchen project. The island kitchen sink cut out is so wavy and misaligned that the edges are rough, chips, gouge marks, holes are off. Do not hire this company. They are misleading in claiming they offer Granite, they do not. They use this tactic only to get their sales foot into your house. Total disappointment. Save yourself time, money and aggravation choose a better vendor.

Beautiful counters. Great fit, awesome process with less chance of damaging your cabinets or walls! Project was finished in a reasonable time. Neighbors and friends are really impressed with the outcome. I would highly recommend Granite Transformations!

Timely, well prepared. Did great job.

The salesperson who cam to our home was fantastic. I didn't know what I wanted, to he helped me pick out the counter, and I love it! The men who installed the counter and the tile backsplash were very professional. They were meticulous and did a fantastic job. No complaints at all!

The overall project was really nice when completed. The installation team took their time to ensure all was done as perfect as possible. We had a couple of hiccups, but it wasn’t their fault. It was existing things that were noticed at time of installation the we didn’t know about. But the crew was nice it took all day for them to remove the old tops and prep and install the new tops of three bathrooms. I would recommend them , I really happy with our new countertops .

Their work went above our expectations! We hired them to come in and work on our first bathroom. It came out so well, we called them back immediately to complete our 2nd bathroom! The team was very professional and detailed!

The installer were very professional and their attention to detail was 2nd to none. I'm was very happy with not only the work the did put also their pride they took in the work that they do.

We cold not be happier with the work we had done, nor the great people who work for them!

The installers were fast, polite, and friendly. I noticed that they brought the wrong faucet. They installed it but reassured me that the correction would be made. The replacement was seamless even though a pandemic was starting to erupt. We definitely got more than we expected in customer service.

They did an excellent job and I am pleased with the results!

I was looking for someone to fabricate and install CORIAN countertop. His company doesn’t work with Corian, but he was the ONLY responder. I’m sure he’s a great Workman but I couldn’t hire him because he was unable to provide what I needed. Not his fault and I appreciated the honesty. So far, in my home community of Ormond Beach I have had NOT ONE response to any service requests. They must all be very busy, very rude or VERY rich. My plan now is to stop wasting my time with HomeAdvisor.

The entire team from sales person to installer were very professional and helpful. I love my quartz countertops. They sparkle and shine and make my kitchen so light filled. Call them, you will be happy. Plus the price was less than I had budgeted.

We also had the cabinet refaced. Process was smooth the employees very professional and knowledgeable. We have had great complements from neighbors and from a flooring company we are currently working with. They even sent some of their customers who are thinking of having cabinets refaced and countertops replaced over to see the work and the raved about how well it was done. Count not recommend them higher.

They did not come or finish as promised. Some of the back splash was broken and the installer told me, It is stone it is supposed to be broken.He did fix them (17 tiles) but I had to strongly insist to get them fixed. They damaged my cabinets. They made an effort to fix them, but cabinets were not right. I found out later that the sinks installed were too large and they cut out some of the supporting parts of the cabinets. That is why the doors no longer met. I have since replaced cabinets. The quartz counter tops are beautiful. For that, I am thankful.
