They were fantastic.

.I would love to say the inspection went great, but that was not the fault of CBI, if I did not have a good inspector that took the time to explain and point things out I might have got stuck with a money pit. Thank you CBI!!! Price competitive, they were on time/early, professional, I have nothing bad to say about CBI. Soooo easy to use website and get report.

Very well. Gary C*** was on time, professional, thorough, and his report was available on line when he said it would be. As a result, Liberty Mutual reduced the annual insurance premium by $670.

The experience was very good, my wife and I were a nervous wreck before hand. but the inspector put us both at ease, answered all our questions on the fly. and was very professional. Let me say he inspected EVERYTHING....took over 3 hours. but well worth finding the things wrong before we closed. I would highly recommend Gary R. Fryer, or any of his colleagues. This company is top notch in our book. I would definately use them again.

Everything was fine. The guy was nice. The things that I found and I pointed were the only things that he found too. It was nothing extra or whatever. He was pretty fast and on top with the appointment. I don't know if I would use him again in the future.

I called and spoke with someone at CBI, who at first wasn't sure they were what we needed. After a little discussion, they said they could do a thorough inspection of our roof for $185. Gary actually showed up early for the appointment, and was ready to go. He did an incredibly thorough inspection both outside on the roof and in each room, using his flashlight to inspect the entire ceiling and taking photos of any water damage. He spent a lot of time explaining his findings to me, and said the official report would be available online the next day, giving me a username and password to retrieve it. He was very pleasant and professional. He was probably at our home for about 45 minutes to an hour. The following day I went to the site and the report had been uploaded. It was very thorough, and included Gary's photos. I was able to save it as a PDF for future reference. I was very pleased with the service Gary and CBI provided.

It was great. Gary inspected everything inside and outside the unit. He took pictures of and showed me everything of note. The report we were provided (available a day later via the web) was comprehensive and easy to understand. The unit had been inspected by someone else previously, but he still managed to find some things which we were able to get repaired prior to the closing. We were very satisfied.

Jurgen was actually a bit early for our appointed meeting time. He went over what he was going to do, asked if we had any questions and asked repeatedly if we had areas of concern. At each area, he explained what he was doing and looking for. He would then tell us his areas of concern and if he felt we should be concerned about his findings. It was a very hot day and he seemed very prepared for the weather as well as what might go wrong at the house. He pointed out areas that would become issues in the far future as well as immediate issues. He had a great sense of humor, which helped pass the almost three hours that it took to go through everything. He told us that the final report would be available on the internet the next afternoon. It was. Everything was done in a very professional way and yet was fun! What a pleasure working with him.

Excellent - one of my best investments. Because of this inspector, $15,000 was knocked off the sale price of my house AND all the problems he found were repaired!

The rep was there on time and preformed his inspection with great detail, including photos. He pointed out MANY problems with the home that were not evident to the naked eye. His report stopped me form purchasing a house that needed a new roof, had mold damage and had a sinking foundation. None of this was visible to me as a buyer. He saved me from an unending nightmare. I am now putting an offer on another property and will have him inspect it as well.

Jack showed up a little early, before I even got there. He started the inspection without me, and then once I got there, he went back and showed me things he had already seen. He encouraged me to walk with him and even gave me a notepad so I could take notes. Additionally, he gave some suggestions on the best way to fix some of the problems that he found.

Home inspection reports from Certified Building Inspectors are available online around a day after the inspection, which is really convenient for me. Overall, I am truly satisfied by my experience with CBI.
