 + -1 moreTurns out its a one year contract with a cancellation penalty. We got over that and then at the end found out it did not include the mobile app so it turned out to cost more and included less so we went with Safe Touch which include had a three year contract for $29 per month. Only $45 install charge. Felt bad because the installation person spent 4 hours here. Miss communication and could not tell if it was classic bait and switch. They returned our equipment to the state it was in before they started.
Description of Work: Spoke with Bob on the phone and he quoted $33 month for alarm monitoring on a month to month basis. The confusion was that I thought it included the mobile app. I told him I was looking at safe touch security and what did his not include and he said, just the ability to have a microphone in the house so they could hear an intruder in the home. Safe Touch was $29 with the app but a three contract.

Description of Work: Bopam provides Security Systems. I had their system installed this past March and am extremely impressed with their system, the level of professionalism, the courtesy and customer service. I highly recommend Bopam!
