+ -1 more2 of the 3 scheduled ladies showed up on time - the 3rd did not arrive until 1 hour before quitting. Needed the deep cleaning, but they only touched the surfaces - that we can do ourselves. Basically, house was no cleaner when they left than before they arrived.
Description of Work: Needed a scheduled cleaning of the house every 2-3 weeks.

+ -1 moreI would not call them again. I felt that Jorge wouldn't even listen and just didn't want the job.
Description of Work: I filled out their on line form. Received an email saying they would call. They didn't. I called them. They called back. I wanted a Move Out Cleaning for my hi-rise condo in downtown St Petersburg. Jorge was very abrasive and when he found out that there was street parking said they don't do street parking. He said it would take 2 people 10 hrs. I told him I could give him two parking passes but he still said they don't do it. Finally when I asked what they charge he said they would not be a good match for us. I would not call them again.

+ -1 moreJorge sent out the most wonderful women to help straighten and clean up the condo I am renting for the winter. Stephanie came and cleaned up like a real dynamo. I have always said that nobody cleans like I do, but Stephanie sure proved me wrong!! I actually think she does a better job than me She cleaned the walls, wiped down all the baseboards and so so much more!!! I am absolutely thrilled with this Company and the people who work for it, I can't say or think of any more glowing words to give them. I only wish I could take all of them home with me in the spring!!!

Description of Work: I was looking for weekly cleaning service to replace an outgoing provider. Jorge at MaidPro was one the few companies that did contact me after I sent a request for an estimate via their website. He gave a weekly estimate that turned out to be correct (he obviously knows his stuff). | |I was looking to have service while I'm at work, but wanted to feel comfortable with leaving my key with someone I didn't know. Jorge set my mind at ease and explained how they store keys and home owner information. I was home for the two or three cleanings and every person I met was very friendly, polite and professional. I have not been home since and have not had any issues. It's really nice to come back to clean home. | |They leave comment cards and send email survey after each service. I did notice a couple of minor things missed after one particular visit and sent the survey with the information. I received a reply right away and was told a note would be placed on my account to ensure that those items are not overlooked in the future. I have not had a reoccurrence since. | |I continue to use the service today and am very happy. I would recommend the service; they are very professional, detailed and priced appropriately. |

They came in and told me when I came home I would be wow'd and I was even my husband commented on how clean and how fresh our home smelled following their visit. My tile floors were sparkling and I have two dogs so you know how dirty the floors can get. I have granite through out my home and the granite was cleaned in all rooms - it looks better than when I had them professionally polished . The furniture was vacuumed, wood furniture dusted, I will be a regular customer going forward
