+ -1 moreThe LED screen for my salt chlorinating system, the Pool Pilot Digital, quit working and would no longer show readings or instructions. Although the chlorinating system still worked, it needed fixing. I called the company I purchased it from and after repeated calls they informed me they would not be servicing in my area any longer. I called another pool company who told me they could service and fix the Pool Pilot, but they actually replaced a fuse with an incorrect fuse causing the salt chlorination to stop! They called manufacturer for instructions as they could not seem to fix the problem. The manufacturer co told them my system was still under warranty and that I should call them for instructions and servicing. The manufacturer co sent out Josh/Apollo Pool and Spa, who promptly came out and corrected the fuse problem and also installed a filter that was missing from the salt system since its installation! I was VERY happy with Josh, the president of the company.
Description of Work: Josh, of Apollo Pool and Spa, came out to service my Pool Pilot Digital salt chlorination system. He analyzed the problem, replaced a fuse, and installed a missing filter. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. After calling two other pool companies before his, I was delighted to finally find a pool service company I can rely on to get the job done in the future.
