Worst customer service we've ever received. DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM THIS PLACE! Yes, we got a good deal and things were running smoothly until we made our final payment. Once final payment was made, everything stopped. There is absolutely no communication from Wayne frier or Live Oak Homes. Our home sat on the lot for 3 weeks before our old home was removed and dirt pad was completed. The crew that delivered our triple wide, damaged the roof and a corner of the home. The home is still not level. We never know when a crew is going to show up. They either show or they don't. ABSOLUTELY NO SCHEDULE OR ORGANIZATION. It took 2 more weeks to get T&T and paint Crews to come out. And even they did a crappy job. Tape, texture and paint looks like a teenager was hired for the job. Back splashes are not flush against the walls. I Can fit my hand in the gaps. There are gaps between the trim and floors in every room. Kitchen counters are off set. And there are several spots they missed while painting. They chipped both shelves by the fireplace..There are 2 holes in our ceiling where vens should be. There are several more issues. We went into wayne frier the show them the pictures of the shotty work and Jared Martin did want to hear our complaint or look at the pictures. He started with a rude attitude. Saying that everytime we come in we're mad.. Well yeah, we have every reason to be. We are going on week 9 and it's nowhere near complete. We are living in the living quarters of our horse trailer, waiting for the home to be completed. I have lung /breathing issues and a nurse comes out weekly to give me IV treatments for my lungs. They were told this from the start and said that we would be a priority to get our home done. That was another lie. Jared has done nothing but lie since receiving final payment. He did not like being called out for his lies so he says if we come up to Wayne frier again he'd call the Sheriff.. Does this sound like an honest company?? No!!!! Our attorney and the local news station will be our next step... So beware.

After much searching, my spouse and I decided to buy our next home from Wayne Frier Homes. They had the model we liked the most, and after visiting the factory for a tour, we were also impressed with the overall construction and the quality controls the factory had in place. We were treated well by both Wayne Frier and Live Oak Homes up until 10/12/16. On 10/12/16 my spouse and I signed the agreement to purchase the home as well as the loan paperwork. That’s when the attitude toward us changed. At that time, we were told that the construction of the home would take 8-10 weeks, it would sit at the factory for a week, then be delivered and that set-up would be another 2-3 weeks for a total of 12 -14 weeks from order to completion. After we left the office we heard nothing from anyone for 9 weeks. Having dropped over $125,000 on this home, we were concerned, and so called Wayne Frier to confirm that the house was nearing completion and would be delivered in the next two weeks. To our surprise, we were told that the house had not begun construction yet, there had been a delay and that the new off-line date was 4 weeks beyond the original off-line date. Wayne Frier told us that they know nothing about the status of the homes until they come off-line, that the factory does not keep them informed as to the status of their orders. Clearly, Wayne Frier also does not INQUIRE as to the status of their orders on a regular basis, only inquiring when a customer complains and then only inquiring as to that order. Wayne Frier could not tell us the reason for the delay. They only would say that the factory is very busy. After a number of complaints to Wayne Frier, I was give the name of a contact at the factory. This gentleman also sang “The Factory is very Busy” song. When I made it clear that that was not sufficient, that I was given a 10-week timeline to off-line and that I had planned other things around that, I told that the delay was due to government orders that had been given priority. I asked the factory representative if the factory has any procedure set in place for informing their customers of delays in production? He told me flat out, “No”. The off-line date went from December 21, 2016 to January 30, 2017. A week before the new off-line date I called Wayne Frier. The manager acted as though I was bothering him. I contacted the factory, I was told that it was still not in construction and that there was another delay. This time in the Engineering department. They lied to us by trying to shift blame on us. When I proved each reason wrong, then he told us that it was really another house that was causing delaying. The new off-line date was to be February 3, 2017. Our home was finally delivered February 20, 2017. This is twice as long as they said it would take. But the house was final on site, and so it should only be up to 3 weeks before completion. Or so we were told… The set-up crews, Wayne Frier claimed to be the best, were minimally adequate at best. We have renovated homes for 17 years, doing nearly all the work ourselves, and would have done a better job. Their crews broke doors and light fixtures, did not connect the a/c, damaged the walls throughout the house, damaged the finishes and appliances, and left the house to us with projects incomplete. They have been back several times and are still not done. It is now 29 WEEKS AFTER ORDER, 15 WEEKS LATE, the house damage is still not fully repaired, and we are still being ignored. Wayne Frier Homes and Live Oak Homes do not care about their customers. This far outweighs the good construction and quality controls. I will never buy another home from Wayne Frier Homes, nor a home built at Live Oak Homes factory and I recommend that you do the same

When they were fixing everything up, they got a really great company to do the work. They paid for everything. I especially liked one of the workers named Jason. I would recommend this company.
