He always does a good job and is generally reasonably priced. The day after he fixed it my ac didnt seem to working good so he came back out to check on it no extra charge.

My AC air handler on the second floor of my house has been leaking water and it is seeping into my carpets and staining the ceiling of the first floor. (The drain was clear) I called new wave and a technician was sent over withing the next couple days. (so far so good) Once the Tech go here, he went up to look at the air handler and opened it up. He then stood there looking at it for about an hour. He was on the phone for quite a while and he left the house stating that he was going to need to check with someone else to get an opinion about it. He said he would call us in a day or so to give an update. After a week I called to get an update and the receptionist stated that she would try to contact the tech to find out what was going on. - I called 3 more times after that and got nothing. It was a serious waste of my time. I never paid for anything, so I guess I got my money's worth. ***Because the time frame was a while ago, I am not positive on the date. I know I never had the system serviced and the leaking stopped when the AC was needed less. -
