OVERHEAD DOOR PROFESSIONAL SVC

Wesley was one of the nicest and most professional contractors that I have met. Gail in the office was very nice and follow up my call with a call to let me know when the technician would arrive. Wesley arrived on time and did a great job on replacing my garage door opener and tuned up my door parts.

Our ancient garage door opener finally gave out, over a weekend of course. We called first thing Monday morning. The office was on another call but Gail returned our call promptly. She scheduled a service call for that morning, impressive! Mike came out and confirmed we needed a new one. He replaced it and within an hour we were all set. We couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Gail and Mike!

Great! He found the lock latch was turned a bit so he helped me with that and then did a general service since he was there. Very nice.

It went very smoothly. Everything working just fine. Great improvement.

Outstanding work. I called in the morning. They responded quickly that same morning. Reviewed the problem, explained it to me. Recommended a replacement with a reasonable cost. Did the job right then. They did more then I expected. Fixed the bent metal on the door. Added a key pad for the outside.

Great communication from Gail in the office. Wesley had all the needed parts on the truck. He quickly figured out what needed fixing, fixed it obviously knowing what he is doing, inspected the entire door and opener to make sure everything looks good mechanically, and oiled everything that needed it. Very professional and organized all around. I never felt that I was being sold anything that I didn't need. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work that was performed. Nice job!!!

Great experience with these garage door professionals; on time, knowledgeable and quick; my garage door was a mess-apparently one of the wires came off, the door went off track and got stuck, bent and shifted one of the tracks but all this was quickly repaired by Mike with minimal cost to me. I really thought I was going to have to buy a new door but this was not the case.

I was very pleased with their work. The person arrived earler, quickly identified the problems and fixed them.

I would recommend other Angie's List members about their price because I had called around before I went to Angie's List to see if I could find some people. They were a little steep. I couldn't get an appointment; but I got an appointment with overhead the next day. I called that morning to see if I could get in. The lady there told me they were full for the next two days where they could put me through the wait list. She called me back the next morning and asked me if I could be at home at such and such time. I told her that I have an appointment. I asked her if there was anything earlier and she told me she would keep me in mind to see if there was something earlier. I got something earlier and she called to tell me their guy would be here in 20 minutes. He was here at that time. He was courteous and professional. We had a little conversation when he was here. He knew exactly what he was doing. They were really great.

We moved into a new house on Thursday and the garage door was ok... However, on Friday it wouldn't open more than 6 inches.... Called Overhead door (on Angie's List but a new neighbor also recommended them)... Called about 8 am and by noon my door was oiled, adjusted and generally serviced... I'm sorry I didn't get the tech's name but he was prompt, efficient and I could tell he knew his business...

Fine. I liked the quality, the material, experience, installers and they guided me to the correct product work where i lacked experience.

He used his expertise to balance it so it would not fall and then section by section got it back in place and replaced those parts that needed it.

Called late a.m. for an estimate. Repairman arrived early afternoon - repaired a broken spring and greased the door. Service was prompt, quickly done and at the quoted price. Would recommend this service.

I called them early Monday morning. They said the technician was on a job not far from my place and was almost complete with the current job. He could easily stop by my place on his way to his next assignment. He was at my house within 30 minutes and took about an hour or so do do all the work. He was quick and very professional. I have not had a single problem with the door since.

Very punctual. Price options and accurate estimate. Good quality. Professional and would recommend business to friends and family.

The only that is quirky with them is the person who fixed the door wanted payment but the receipt was basically was just on the back of his business card saying I paid it and then like 2 days later I got a bill but they cashed the bill and they haven't contacted me since so I assumed that they were one of those things that wasn't passing but other than that they did fine. The experience was fine, I contacted them and they said they would send somebody out later in the afternoon and they showed up on time and knew what to do, very professional, fixed it and no problems. There was kind of a little strange quirky thing was that he wanted me to pay him, I didn't press him on it but he told me that it was $150 and so I wrote him a check and he signed the back of a business card saying that I paid 'cause he didn't have any receipts on him and then I got a bill from the company a couple of days later but like I said I think it's one of those things that when one wasn't talking to the other one, he probably just turned in the check and they didn't realize that that was done and they send out the bill but they had taken the cash and I haven't heard back from them since so I think everything was taken cared of but that's the only thing that was kind of strange and quirky. They knew what they were doing, they came on the time agreed upon, they fixed the door as stated and did a good job but seem to expect payment upon departing and but I got a bill from them 2 days later which was taken cared of.

Everything was great. Easy to set up site quote, payment and install. Left area very clean.

Overhead Door Professional Service were very prompt because he arrived within an hour and a half, fixed the broken spring the same day, and he was on his way. The price seemed fair and the quality was excellent.

They showed up when expected and did a good job.

We had a very good experience. Initially, when they had somebody come out to measure the door and everything, it was actually in a small area. It looked like in a golf cart garage. When they initially came in to measure for it, they didn't take into consideration for the size of the room. The product that they brought out was too big. They stayed like it should have been just a few hours installation, but it ended up being a whole day project. They rebuilt the framing for the door and did several things to make it work and fit. It was all for the quoted price initially, even though it was a good bit of additional work added to it. We are very discerning. We will be calling them very soon for the work.

Although the original door install was not the cheapest available the service made up for it. I will definetly use this company again should the need arise.
