The new construction division works with you to assure your dreams are achieved through detailed architectural designed planing. The remolding division works with you to assure your existing property is renovated through detailed design and planing. The service department division is on call for clients with roof leaks, water damage and fire damage 24/7 through service dispatch technicians on call. All Emergency, Urgent and Scheduled dispatches are available so that we can better serve our clients fast and efficiently. The roof replacement division works closely with potential clients who need roof replacement estimates, material literature, warranty information, certified roof inspections and any other requested to help make your roof replacement process go as scheduled. This Company is current with Roof Inspection Certifications, Trade License, Liability Insurance and Worker's-Compensation Insurances necessary to meet all requirements under Florida Laws.

See above. This is a change from the original evaluation.
Description of Work: Provider was listed improperly by Angies List. Owner called and apologized for "lack of service" and had asked that the ad not be listed. They were never notified of my request. The owner explained the situation and offered to do the service anyway. However, it was a job that was under time restraint and had already been remedied. Owner was very cordial and had only good things to say about Angies List and the services they offer.

Description of Work: JD Andress Construction was to have called on either Tuesday (4/12) AM or PM or Wed (4/13) AM, but never made any calls. I have since contacted another contractor to review the work needed. This second contractor viewed the work area on Tues 4/12, but I allowed an additional day for the original contractor (Andress Construction) to contact me. They have not done so. DO NOT PAY these people with my MC information!!

The Angie's List Representative responsible for this confusion is Joni Cook who we made very clear to that we were not offing any Store Front Deals through John David Andress Construction Inc any further. We honestly believed there was just a simple mistake that Angie's List had corrected with you as there valued client. I do not really think an F reflects how we conduct business in this particular incident. I would like the opportunity to help resolve your feeling about how this company conducts business. I do want to state the fact that we were not suppose to be offering any Store Front Deals through our company per request by John David Andress Construction Inc prior to your client request.

Description of Work: They found problem areas on the roof. They repaired it and we ended up having them return to see what more they could do. It isn't totally fixed and we decided not to spend more money on repairs Friendly and worked hard.

The only reason I did not go with them was because they were unable to start the project until later in the year. They were very good about coming out. They actually came out the day I called for an estimate. I like them as a company, but again, I needed the job done quicker.
Description of Work: They gave me an estimate for complete roofing on my back porch project.

Seemed very sincere about not wanting to disappoint a customer by promising something he might not be able to fulfill in a timely manner. Very professional.
Description of Work: Stated up front that he was way to busy due to heavy rain in the area and didn't want to make a promise he couldn't keep.

After reviewing the estimate and agreeing to the price, signed off on it. The company sent some workers where they found the leak did what was necessary in an great time period. Shingles and plywood repaired and leak was stopped. Found them very courteous, knew what they were doing, price was competitive, great job
Description of Work: Company rep showed up within 24 hours to look at roof leak. He got on the roof and did some investigating, as to where water was coming in at. Found the area, wrote up estimate and went through it with me explaining what needed to be done.

Job went great from start to finish, no complaints.
Description of Work: Great experience with this company, represenative met me at the job site on time. He went through the different options for a metal roof. Explained the pros and cons, let me ask questions and answered in a way that made sense. He then measured the roof got back with me in 3 business days with an estimate. I signed a contract, had his crew there on the agreed upon date and finished ahead of schedule. His employees were on time, courteous and worked hard to finish the job. I give them high marks for roofing. Davis Andress is the person who I worked with. Try them you will not be disappointed
