+ -1 moreProject was time and materials because firm hadn't installed Tesla wall chargers previously. Took more labor than I anticipated, but I am both fussy and very happy with the quality of the work. They also dressed up the wiring in my main panel, converting a rat's nest left by the original electrician into professional looking wire routing. I installed the communication cable between the two chargers because they were unable to find cable locally that met the manufacturer's specs. That didn't take me very long since they had already run conduit for the cable.
Description of Work: Install 125 amp (single phase, 240 V) Square D QO subpanel in garage. Install two Tesla wall chargers (Level 2 chargers for electric cars). Install two Sycom surge protectors on main panel and garage subpanel. I supplied the wall chargers, Square D panel, QO breakers and communication cable. Haid Electric supplied the junction box, conduit and power cable. The Tesla wall chargers supply up to 80 amps to an electric car being charged. They are designed with a communication feature so they can share the same 100 amp circuit, and will split the total current not to exceed 80 amps as required by National Electric Code.

They did a good job and worked closely with my plumber and coordinated services for the installation. He pulled the power in the attic for the old water heater and connected it to the new water heater. He allowed me to be involved in the process.
