Five Star Inspections

Home inspection was done and report submitted within just a few days of requesting it. He did the inspection on a Friday and by 4:45 that afternoon, I had the full report. I received a very thorough report with items that I gave to realtor to request correcting on home I wanted to purchase. Very detailed list from inspector with descriptions and photographs. I thought the price was very fair.

Cory was great, he took the time to show us everything that needed to be fixed with the house and was very thorough.

Extremely thorough.....crawled through ceiling spaces etc. I was impressed at the many small items Cory was able to identify as potential problem...even improper fuses, squirrel remains in a duct etc. Felt he "left no stone unturned." Very satisfied, and would use again. Highest recommendation.

Cory was very professional and found the major things that needed to be done. Small things that cost a few bucks to fix were noted and just told us about those. The windows in our new house was definitely our biggest expense but we knew that coming in along with the upstairs heat pump AC systems. Thankfully we are very handy and have done most of the work ourselves. Cory is very thorough and went over everything with us at the house so we could know what we were getting into.

USE THEM!!! We will use him again and have recommended him to several people.

Outstanding. Cory was prompt and very thorough. This is my 7th home purchase and Cory is by far the best inspector I have seen. Besides the detailed inspection report, he came back to the property to walk through the report with me on a later date, and worked with my hurricane shutter company and roofer to resolve the open items on the wind mitigation survey.
