+ -1 moreTim Melvin and crew are the utmost professionals: always prompt, well worth the prices they charge, and quick to return ANY phone call. We used CTS years ago to install a cctv camera system at our home. We were under contract with a big-box alarm monitoring service, so could not use CTS for alarm purposes. Exactly one week before the contact with said competitor expired, CTS was at my home installing a new system! Seriously...no matter how technologically savvy or not you may be, CTS makes what they do (and what you need to do to use and maintain it) almost dare-I-say "easy?" We've got family and pets to protect, and each of the guys we've dealt with at CTS have family and pets, too. They really understand. PLUS: we have the ability to monitor our home via smartphone 24 hours a day. With a teenage son, that feature came in quite handy! We would recommend CTS to anyone who just wants to be more protected and in-touch with the goings-on at their homestead. We plan on using them for commercial projects as well...will update on A.L. as soon as we do!
