Do not clean wood floors and are not licensed for mold remediation.

They are excellent service. extremely professional. The owner is Andy. If they are going to be a few minutes late they call. They do a great job and they are very reasonable. I have been extremely happy with them. I would highly recommend them because they are so preofessional and priced very reasonably.

The workman was pleasant and answered any questions concerning the cleaning process, drying time, etc.

Certified Carpets does an excellent job. They are very professional and dependable, they show up when they are scheduled. They go above and beyond to meet the customers expectations. The company is locally owned, and Andy, the owner, works every day alongside his teams, assuring the job is done right. They are highly trustworthy as well.
Description of Work: We use Certified Carpets for our personal home and also for a large property management business. Andy, the owner, truly cares about his customers and the job that is performed. He cleans our carpets, he does grout cleaning, and he also does water extraction.

Description of Work: Cleaned all carpets requested. Cleaned grout previously, and will use him again for this purpose. The grout is cleaned by the # of tiles (we had 477: cost approx.$400.00). They applied acid wash, then neutralized. Excellent job. We have used Andy (owner) many times in the past for carpet (we have a large dog), and obviously have been very pleased with his work.

He does an excellent job. His rates are more reasonable compared to most people. He is very friendly and personable. He won't hire just anybody because it's his reputation and if there are any issues he always wants you to call him directly.
