Brock's came out and evaluated my lawn and started treatment in May of 2012. I noticed marginal results from the lawn treatment but continued using their service until approximately June of 2013 after observing few results. I believe Brock's is a good service but due to the poor health of my lawn I would have to re sod the lawn before a service like Brock's would be affective. In addition I did not have a irrigation system. This probably wasn't as big of a problem as I initially thought after receiving record amounts of rain in the Panama City area I still had marginal results from the lawn treatment.

Spoke with company on the phone let them know about what had happened with my yard and what my landscaping company had done or not done I should say....they immediately set up an appointment for me to meet someone and discuss what was going on....John showed up on the 28th of Sept. 2012 walked around the yard and did an inspection....it wasn't as bad as I had expected, explained that an irrigation system wasn't necessarily the answer because my yard is small and it can get over watered that way as well. I didn't have a bad fungus like anticipated...he immediately told me when to water and what not to do until I had my first service with them on Oct. 4th....he made me feel right at ease and gave me hope and said everything was going to be just fine...I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking....Need to have Fort Walton address come up on Angies list so that they get more leads from our area. Thank you for doing a great job!

They are friendly, they are on time. In case they cannot make it on time and if they are facing problems in being where they are supposed to be they will call and keep me updated on their arrival.

They gentleman that came out to set up everything suggested things that would be of better options as what we were thinking he stated it would be waste of money due to our yard. He was really good.

They come regularly for termite inspection. They always come when we call and take care of the problem.

I will use them again in the future.

They come out whenever we need them. They use non-chemical and non-toxic based treatments which is great.

Entire setup, first treatment and service was A+. Since then they call before they come, and they come when they say they will be there OR they call if they will be late.

Where do we start with these people? Well, we have had nothing but poor and unethical service from this company since we first tried to use them 6 years ago. They showed up to our home, which was under construction, in the pouring rain and proceeded to treat for termites. When they were informed that the treatment would not work in raining conditions, they ignored us, treated anyway, and refused to return when it was dry to treat. We then had to contract with a different service to get the job done correctly.We have had a termite bond with a company located in Santa Rosa Beach, FL for 5 years. Brock bought this company and failed to inform us that they had purchased the company. Then, when we called our company, GenX, to renew the bond, I was informed over the phone that Brock had bought GenX and that our contract had lapsed. So now, Brock wanted to come out and redo our pest abatement system, charge us a fortune and get a contractual exemption on much of the work that had been done by GenX. Brock is a completely classless, unethical company. If you have to have pest abatement services, save yourself money in the long run and please contract with a national company, not Brock.

They have been around for a long time, so they must be doing something right.

They are outstanding. I have been using them for 30 years and have never had any issues. They are very responsive and professional. They do quarterly treatments for me.

They are good company. They have good customer service and products. We don’t have any problems with the bugs. We will definitely use them again.

They do a very thorough job. They will come in between the months if need be. I have never had to call them but that is good to know that they will come for emergency. I have had the same person come to my house for the last 10 years.
