They never showed up even though they said they would. There was a lack of tools. They placed the cement pad for the heat pump but left the dirt on my fence, which they had dug up and I had to remove myself afterwards. Additionally, they brought the wrong circuit breaker, so they had to leave that day. They connected PVC pipes using glue and also glued the PVC pipes in the wrong direction. I paid them $600 upfront, but as things progressed, they simply gave up on the job and texted me that they can't continue the job. They have no clue what they are doing. They ended up causing more damage than completing work because I had to buy all the valves for the PVC pipes again.

Kristie is highly knowledgeable when it comes to chemicals and pool. Jared is a hardworking man. They both form a fantastic/ awesome team. What they did to my pool is just magical. My wife and I were mind blowed by result. Even our 3-years old son could not believe it. Quality: My pool is now a great place to hang out and to swim, thanks Kristie and Jared. The water is crystal clear, and there are no insects around. Timing: They are always on time. And they get the job done on time. Communication: They always communicate with me when there is delay, or when something needs to be fixed. They communicate with you to find what will work best for you. Overall, I am happy with my choice of hiring Aquatica Pool Service. I highly recommend them to anyone. Do not hesitate! You will love them. In the seven years that Kristie provided cleaning and maintenance for our pool, we found her to be exceptionally knowledgeable in her skills and performance. If ever we needed to have a repair she was on top of it for us, sometimes before we knew it needed to be done. And a rating of four to excellent with 10 being exceptional Kristie deserves a 10++++

Service was great! Every week our pool was cleaned and treated to stay in peak condition through swimming season. They were even understanding if we were having a special event and wanted to move a service date. The specially needed filter cleaning and any repairs were always handled quickly and professionally! I would definitely hire again!

Kristie has been the only RELIABLE pool service person I’ve ever had. She keeps me informed on everything to do with my pool, she alerts me ahead of time that I’m running low on chlorine tabs, notifies me in advance that pool filters will need to be cleaned in xxx weeks so I can budget for the cleaning, etc. She teaches me how to use my pool, things to look for etc. She has been the most TRUSTWORTHY, supportive, HONEST, reliable & informative pool tech. When I was out of state for months at a time, she would also keep an eye on things to make sure no flooding etc happened. One time my neighbor called to let me know there was water running down my driveway & Kristie rushed over to the house to fix the problem. my gardener had turned off the overflow valve by mistake! Kristie to the rescue!! I cannot give this woman enough accolades! 10 stars all the way!
