Joey was on time, gave me a timeframe, called and let me know what time he is coming, very professional and sterile. Carpet looked great after he finished. He is very meticulous.

Wish I had found Joey earlier ! Sad to say, but have lived in this house since 1981 and was never satisfied with carpet cleaners. Either the carpets were not very clean, or were left so wet it took days to dry completely. Joey was punctual, professional and did an excellent job. All Star will be doing my carpets from now on. Am a very happy customer !!

I called based on good reviews from Angie's list. Set a time and the owner asked all the relevant questions about the job site and extent. He was on time. Did a very good job on the furniture, it looked as good as new after the cleaning. The carpet was extremely dirty when started the job; it looked very good after it was cleaned, but as I was walking on the carpet with white socks while it was wet, the socks got dirty, so obviously there was a lot of dirt still left in the carpet. I don't know if it was because it was so dirty and could not have been cleaned better, or it just needed more cleaning. It took a long time for the carpet to dry, but once it dried it looked clean.

Jory is easy to schedule (online), calls ahead to confirm arrived, is fast &always does a great job. This is my second time to use him.

Joey was timely, professional and very knowledgeable. He explained to me the differences in carpeting and was able to tell me how clean he would be able to get it without giving me false hopes, however, he exceeded my expectations! My carpet looks fantastic, just like new again! He was very careful with my things, using guards on his shoes, his own towel to wipe his shoes on, corner guards for the walls, and took his time being careful with the hoses and machinery so as to not mar my walls or make dents. He worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning all 6 rooms including pretreat, clean time, Scotchguard-ing, and brushing in less than 2 hours by himself. I am very pleased with his work and I will DEFINITELY be calling him for future carpet cleanings!! I HIGHLY recommend him!

i'd never needed to hire a steam cleaning company before, but decided on all star steam cleaning because of the reviews on angies list. it was very convenient that i was able to schedule the service online, and that there was availability the next day. the website is totally easy! i scheduled to have my white sectional cleaned. within just a few minutes of scheduling the appointment, i had a confirmation via email. i responded to the email that i hadnt included the ottoman in the request, but that i did want it cleaned also, and had another email within minutes that it wouldnt be a problem. joey was prompt, courteous, respectful, and honest about the job because when he saw the WHITE sectional and how badly stained it was, he let me know that he thought the cleaning would make a huge difference but couldnt guarantee the outcome. well, the sectional is white and beautiful again...looks almost new! i was so thrilled that i asked him to do all the fabric-covered furniture in the house plus 2 rooms of carpet. he did it all before he left that day and the charge was $162. the steamer that he uses is more technologically advanced than those of some other companies, and it certainly makes a beautiful difference! i recommend this company HIGHLY.

The guy was very professional, service was great, and the price was very good. Joey was professional from the initial call to the actual work itself. He did a fantastic job on the carpets and tile.

Joey was fantastic, well worth the money! We've used other companies to clean our carpets but they rushed through in under 30 minutes. All Star Cleaning did a thorough walk through identifying areas needing extra care, then they pretreated every inch of the carpet with a vigorous scrubbing and lastly steam cleaned them. Resulting in like new carpet! They took the time and care we'd hoped and it literally paid off! Price is based on a military discount!
