When we took the chairs in we thought we would be required to purchase the fabric from Walt's. We were pleasantly surprised to find that we could purchase fabric wherever we wanted. They told us how much fabric we would need and made sure that we knew to order extra if the pattern needed to be matched. They also told us they could add a contrasting piping if we wanted. We did purchase our own fabric. We were told it might be 10 days 2 week before the chairs would be ready. To our surprise, they were ready within four days. Every person we came in contact with was cheerful, informative and helpful. If we ever need anything else upholstered, we will go to Walt's. We will direct friends and neighbors to Walt's for all of their upholstery needs. Oh, these chairs had been in my mothers home for many years and they came out looking like new!

Fantastic job! We found Walt's Upholstery on Angie's List and called for an estimate. Walt came out himself with fabric samples (after we had sent pictures of what we had) and we selected the fabric. Less than a week later they came out and picked up the sofa and love seat (Walt again!) on Monday morning and returned it Thursday afternoon! Needless to say the quality of the work, professionalism, price, punctuality, customer service, etc. exceeded our expectations. I would recommend them highly. Walt is a very nice person and the work of his people is exceptional.

They did a great job from beginning to end. We had a couple of scheduling conflicts, but they were accommodating, Walt came to do the estimate and gave a fair quote for the job but a great timeline for turnover. Walt and AJ came the next day to take the pieces that needed to be reupholstered and as promised, the following day, AJ returned with the pieces done and he reinstalled them quickly and efficiently. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone that needs anything reupholstered. Thanks!!!

It was Walt's idea to use the material in the back of the couch and it was brilliant. The couch looks brand new. He did an amazing job! He came as promised to give us an estimate, met the estimate and delivered the finished product on the date he promised. Walt's Upholstery is family owed business and all of his family are curteous, polite and professional. Special kudos to his daughter Ashley who has a wonderfull personality and is customer focused. My wife fell in love with her! WALT'S UPHOLSTERY IS A WALK OFF HOME RUN IN OUR OPINION!!

The picked up my chair and measured my window. They got me a reduced price on the chair fabric and I provided the cornice fabric. The chair and cornice are perfect! They will be making me 2 pillows from the balance of the fabric I had left from the cornice. I am very pleased and highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to preserve their quality furniture. Thank you for the best possible job done.

The couch is perfect no complaints there. They did a great job and price quoted was 450.00 and on a service call what I'm told is what I agree to but additional charges were added and final bill was over 500.00. I never ran into this with any other service performed so they took off some money on the bill. also sales tax on a service floored me too. They said they pay tax on thread etc. My concrete company bids 1000 they get 1000. AC,plumber etc the same . Workmanship great didn't question the 450.00 Had great reviews on Angies list so went with them. But if I knew additional charges I could have dropped off and picked up myself. Just saying .

Walt came out as scheduled and gave us an initial price. I felt this was a little more than we had planned on spending. He worked with us in several different ways in order to meet our budget. The chairs were picked up on Thursday and returned on Friday. They look wonderful and much better than the original fabric. We were so pleased with their work and professionalism we will have them redo some other furniture in the near future.

Excellent service. Went to Walt's store to pick out the fabric and schedule a time for pickup. Walt was able to pick up one set of six on Monday complete the necessary work and get them back to us by Weds. He then picked up the second set and had them back to us by Friday. Walt was on time for both pick-up ]and delivery so we didn't have to wait around for a long time.

I am really pleased with the quality and service provided by Walt's Upholstery. My leather armchair was, and quot;too far goneand quot; to be repaired and needed to be completely recovered. I had a hard time finding anyone who would take on the work and then found Walt's Upholstery through Angie's List. I was unsure if the cost would be too prohibitive and I'd have to just give up but I spoke with Ashley in the office at Walts and she was very friendly and professional and showed me what options I had available to me. I opted for recycled leather and the color match is excellent and the price was reasonable compared to the cost of purchasing new. The work was completed exactly on schedule and Walt delivered it to my house as promised and it looks great. There was a minor issue with one of the seams that I noticed after delivery and I called up and again Ashley responded and set up a time for them to come over and resolve the issue. What impressed me was that it was clear that they don't usually have any issues at all, but the fact they responded so quickly and professionally to resolve the problem greatly impressed me. This is the sort of company I would have no problems recommending to all of my friends. I think they are genuinely good people and do a great job. Highly recommend.

They did a beautiful job for me. I can't say enough good things about this local company. Ashley was so personable and very helpful with the selection of material. Walt and all the crew did a great job.

He did a wonderful job, had reasonable prices, and was a really nice gentleman. He was also very prompt, does what he says he will do when he says he will and I am very happy with his service. He also free estimates, and free pick up and delivery as well.

Walt and his wonderful crew took over the job of upholstering our living room and dining room furniture after we had a horrible experience with another upholsterer in Zephyrhills. Walt re-did a love-seat slipcover and dining room chairs that the other upholsterer had made a mess of. Walt and his crew did a fabulous job on them. In addition, we had Walt slipcover our sofa, love-seat and an over-sized chair and re-upholstered two swivel-rockers and a large ottoman. He also made beautiful throw pillows for my sofa and love seat. To say he did an extraordinary job would be an understatement. I have never dealt with a group of people who were nicer than Walt and his workers. From Ashley, the lovely young lady who answers the phone to the workers who accompany Walt when the furniture is returned -- they are all a great group of people and their aim is to please their customers. Walt does exactly what you ask him to do and he does it in a very timely fashion. He would pick up the furniture on a Monday, and return it completely finished and looking beautiful within 3 days. Walt is the nicest, most friendly person you will ever met and he is so customer-oriented. I cannot recommend him highly enough. My only regret is that I did not find him much sooner than I did and I could have avoided a lot of heartache that I went through with the person I had hired previously. We asked Walt to take one or 2 pieces of furniture at a time so that we would not be left with just the floor to sit on and we also wanted to spread out the expense a little bit. Walt did exactly what we asked him to do. When this job is finished, we are going to sorely miss Walt and his crew. I want to add that prior to hiring Walt, I had gone to Caliico Corners also for a consultation and was very disappointed because they did not have nearly enough fabrics to choose from and everything I chose from their racks I was told, and quot;That's not upholstery grade fabric..and quot; Then what was it there for? They also wanted twice as much money to do half as much as Walt did and they wanted a month to do it! Needless to say, we decided not to work with them. You cannot go wrong with Walt's Upholstery.

We went to Walt's shop and previewed several materials to get an idea of what we wanted. Ashley assisted us and was very informative of their product and what we can expect. We selected a fabric that would work for us and scheduled a timeframe of picking up our chairs. Walt himself picked up the chairs and my husband discussed the particulars of the hardware, cushioning and the quality we could expect. Walt said he would recommend a thicker cushioning and piping around the edges which would enhance the longevity of our chairs. Two days later the chairs were done and delivered. We are very happy with our chairs and it was worth every penny rather than purchasing a new dinette set.

He took the chair with him on Tuesday, said it would be ready on Friday. He took the chair apart, took the leather off, reinforced the whole thing and rebuilt the bottom of the chair. He told me the price, kept to the price. His receptionist planned for the chair to be delivered back to me two days early. He is very professional. He also recommends that you get your own fabric to save some money so he is considerate in that way. He is unbelievably good in every way, in professionalism, price, fairness, honesty. He tells you he is coming at 10:00 a.m., the doorbell is ringing. I have had so many people over the years do work for me and it's like you have to stand your ground and be firm, you get kind of tired of it. The standouts are exactly that, and he is one of them! I have used a few different upholsters. I think he deserves to be on Angie's List. He is just remarkable. The company representative who makes the appointments and phone calls is very cheerful and polite. She is so polite and professional. Anytime I have ever called them or they have called me, they have been so nice.
