V I P PEST CONTROL

Derek was on time, careful, tidy, and thorough. I provided the paint, and VIP provided the tools. Now, with the front porch completed, Derek is setting up the next two days' work on the lanai out back -- painting all the aluminum screen framing for the 12x40 foot lanai with Rustoleum. That's a LOT of worn-looking white-surfaced aluminum to paint by hand -- a painstaking job because the screening has to be protected from paint, but I trust VIP's Derek to do his usual excellent job because of the TLC he provided when painting the interior of my house in December.

VIP's owner and the painter performed an estimate for the 5 days of work, which was fair in comparison with the other estimates I had received from other painters -- neither the highest nor the lowest. I have used VIP's core service of indoor/outdoor pest control for many years, and know that the owner carefully vets her employees and has had the same employees for some years, utilizing their best skills in VIP's various services. This painter has been with her for several years and had his own painting company before that. Because he works for VIP, I knew his work would be satisfactory and that he was a trustworthy person to have in my house for that many days. The painter performed all the painting and repair services meticulously -- with great care and the highest quality of the finished work. VIP also sent a quality assurance colleague several times during the week. The owner and QA person returned at the end to present the final invoice and give the fully completed job one last visual evaluation. I was very pleased with both the process and the outcome, and I will use VIP's painting service again for about 3 days of exterior painting in the next couple of months.

I pay them quarterly. The first visit they come out and do a very detailed inspection. The first visit took them around two hours. Then they come out quarterly to spray and treat. I have seen a noticeable different in the amount of bugs and ants. They will also come out between visits if there is a problems and they will do this at no extra cost.

Since the first day Roman started treating the landscaping for pest we have not had any unusual problems. He is very resourceful and gives excellent advise. My grass has never been healthier and greener. I can't thank VIP enough for their great services and reasonable prices.
