There was a major water leak in my house's concrete slab. All laminate flooring had to be removed and replaced. Living room, dining room, and hallway flooring was replaced in March 2015. The need for the bedroom flooring to be replaced was discovered at that time, but because I had surgery scheduled, the bedroom flooring was not replaced until June 2015 after my recovery. I was pleased with all aspects, except quality with respect to installation of transition pieces. Three had to be removed and reinstalled, and this had to be done twice to one of the pieces. When I had the original laminate flooring installed several years before, there was no problem with installation of transition pieces. Although the company was very apologetic and accommodating about making the adjustments, I was quite surprised with the workmanship in this area. Also, although the underlayment was a reputable brand, the underlayment in the bedroom had to be replaced because it sounded as if I was walking on sand under the laminate flooring. Again, the company was very apologetic and accommodating about replacing the underlayment, but it resulted in having to remove everything from the bedroom closet and nearly all items from the bedroom twice. This was disturbing for me, since replacing all laminate flooring throughout the house (as well as all cabinets in the kitchen) had been stressful enough. I do want to stress, however, that the company's customer service was exemplary.

Mark and David are very easy to work with. Mark spent time educating us as to options, pros and cons, and costs. There were about 6 guys working on the job each day and they were all pleasant, took time to explain things to us, and work with us when there were several ways to install the materials. We are very pleased with the company and flooring and used them again to install flooring in our condo. The only reason I gave them a 4 for punctuality was that the job took several days longer than anticipated.

I just stopped by one day to get an idea of a job for a rental property I have. They made arranements to measure the rooms shortly thereafter. The carpet was completed in about a week. It all happened so fast and when I went back to see the carpet, the rentors were very pleased with the outcome and so was I. The place looked a lot nicer. It was overdue. I bought a great pad for dogs and an average carpet. Very happy with the service, professionalism and the prices were very fair.

This was an amazing and satisfying service. The Twin Brothers Mark and David provided the on site free estimate of work hours and Lowe's provided the price; which was very low considering the enormity of the job. The crew arrived on time, was professional and pleasant. The demolition with the Blactrac was a blessing. Removed 7 rooms and a hallway of glued hardwood flooring, replaced with 'floating' hardwood flooring, included vapor barrier sheeting and padding under the 4" planks of Hickory. The crew moved furniture and materials multiple times as they worked their way through the house; removed existing glued hardwood flooring from 7 rooms and the hallway, removed the glue, prepped, leveled and patched sections of each room. The demolition and glue removal took 2.5 days WITH a Blastrac Floor scraper; otherwise the removal could have easily taken a week or more. At day 2.5 we decided to remove the kitchen tile; Mark come out to up date the work order to include this additional request. No Problem!
