Everything went well. He knew what he was doing, worked quickly and cleaned up his mess as he went. However, he arrived nearly 2 hours later than our scheduled appointment time.

It went great. We thought we needed a new garage door and motor, and were getting estimates from several companies. The first company gave us a very high estimate. Then Jason from Trinity came out. He told us that we didn't even need a new garage door, that it was in very good condition. He told us with some replacement parts it would be like new. He was very professional, reliable and knowledgeable. We didn't even bother getting another estimate because we could tell Jason knew what he was doing and gave us a very fair estimate for all the work that had to be done. He was able to come out within a few days, and did all the work perfectly. He came on spot with the estimate. We are very grateful that Jason was so honest and skilled. He saved us over $1000. I would highly recommend this company.

I sent a message via Angies List to a group of potential service companies and got an almost immediate response from Keith. After talking over the phone he indicated what the issue might be and asked me to send him photos of the problem to his cell phone so he could confirm. He explained that the issue was a quick fix to put a retaining bracket in place but that there may be other underlying issues that would need to be addressed which they would only know once they came out to the house to look at the problem. I set up an appointment with Jason for the following day and he texted me when he was en route and arrived right on time. He confirmed the problem and said he could fix it, then gave me some other issues that I should consider. I liked the fact that he was fine with just doing the basic fix and there was no pressure to do the extra work, just recommendations. I decided to resolve the issues properly and spent the extra money to replace some quite old springs and end pieces. Everything works great now. Jason was very professional and personable and a quick worker, I would definitely hire again.

Andre did an excellent job. Work was professional and high quality. When he finished he showed me what he did and how I can maintenance the door myself to "keep him from coming back sooner". :) Would definitely hire this company again.

Great! I called after 7pm on a Tuesday evening. Jason called me back within 90 minutes. Scheduled an appointment for the next day between 2 - 4. Jason texted me when he was on his way. Showed up on time. Showed me the exact problem, explained what needed to be done. Replaced both springs, and bearings. Showed me how to lubricated the door myself and left instructions for future reference. Completed the work within approx 30 - 45 min. Jason was very professional and pleasant. I would definitely hire again and recommend to family/friends.

Our garage door has been acting up for YEARS and we tried to troubleshoot as best we could on our own, until we gave up. Once I heard about Trinity Garage Door Service, I scheduled an appointment and was confirmed within the first hour of contact. Today David came to my home to look at the unit. He did an amazing job explaining each part of the garage door opener and how each of the mechanics work. He noticed that there was something rubbing/grinding against the door as it was moving upward, and once that was removed, the garage door started to function properly again. We appreciate his time and honesty and will GLADLY hire Trinity Garage Door Services once our garage door needs to be replaced!

They fixed my garage door and I will definitely use them, again.

Trinity Garage Door Service installed my garage door & garage door opener back in Feb. 2014. I had a full warranty on parts & labor so there was no charge. The garage door started making loud noises when it was in use. So, I gave them a call on Saturday, October 17th around 9:30am. Jason, the owner of Trinity Garage Door Service answered. I told him the issue I was having. He asked, what would be the best time for them to come out to take a look at it for me. He asked if I needed someone out that day or if it could wait until Monday. I told him I work Monday thru Friday, so Saturday would be ideal (10/17/2015). I told him I understood if they couldn't fit me in since it was short notice. He called me back within 10 minutes, told me his tech, David would be out around 11am. Mind you, I spoke with Jason at approximately 9:30am. David was to be at my house by 11am. Upon David's arrival, he knew instantly what the issue was & fixed it. He was in & out within less than an hour. David did an amazing job, the door now opens and closes like it was just installed that day! I could not be happier with Trinity Garage Door Service. Clearly, Jason did not have to work me in on such short notice, but he did. What company does that type of customer service these days? They were able to come the day after we called. they were prompt and professional. They explained what was wrong, the unit's circuit board had failed and the unit needed to be replaced. they installed a new unit, adjusted everything else so it ran smoothly and quietly. No hard sell, no broken appointment or not having the parts or failing to come back like other contractors we called. We will use them again and recommend them to our friends.

10/3 Called to set up service call. Jason asked if he could call me right back. No call back. 10/4 Called Jason back, apologetic and we set up service call for 10/6 10-12 PM. No show. No call. Hired someone else.
