Never hire these people. The crew broke our glass shower door. Took more than two weeks to fix it. The clean crew spent all their time cleaning the glass mess they created and did not clean the rest of the house. The company still charged us for the cleaning service. We requested the company to send the crew again the customer service rep was rude and flatly refused to send the crew.

Lets sum it up 1 They do not speak English 2 They do not follow directions. 3 They break things 4 they take months to repair the wood floors they gouged when moving furniture that they were told not to move anyway 5 They either steal things or throw them away. Either way, things disappear when they are around. Do not use them

We have been with this company since 2011 -- bi-monthly cleanings for the past four years. First year it was a cleaning crew that had a problem taking constructive criticism when we asked for certain areas to be cleaned again. Even when the "Quality Assurance Manager" would ask them to re clean an area they would cop an attitude. We were patient, and worked with the team on the quality control issues. The ladies would always come back and reclean certain missed areas. One team had to be replaced with a different team. I can overlook attitudes it was when they began breaking items in our home..... 1. Damage to dry wall throughout home from banging vacuums, mops etc. 2. Vanity mirror frame torn off wall. 3. Antique pitcher and basin from 1800s broken. 4. Dining room table and buffet dented and chipped from aggressively moving furniture (team was changed out to a "less aggressive" team) 5. Broke wooden blind in Master bedroom 6. Smashed Sand dollar night light -- Over course of 4 years all the above were repaired to our satisfaction except for the wooden blind number #5 and #6 (company actually denies this one). They had a handyman company come in our home. Order the wrong blind that did not fit our window and they refused to have the handyman order the correct blind. When we notified the customer service manager she did not believe that the wrong blind was ordered and refused to come see the mess we were left to repair ourselves. Unfortunately, we had to purchase a new wooden blind that was measured to fit our window. On the last cleaning on September 21, 2015 -- we noticed that our sand dollar night light had been smashed. When we wrote the customer service manager she lied and said the team did not break the night light. Makes a lot of sense ladies -- we had been with you four years. Why would we lie about a $10.00 night light after you would not assist us with a wooden blind that cost close to $200.00. The last four years we spent $127.00 x 26 cleans in a calendar year x four years totaling over $13,208 of revenue for them. This is the customer service we received? My husband attempted to reach out to the owner on Linkedin and the inmail was ignored. We have been faithful to this company for a long time however enough is enough. We cannot keep having our property destroyed. I feel we really tried to work with this company, go through appropriate conflict resolution when it was a question of quality, we were patient when they broke items at first.. but we just cannot continue to go through this.
