Please DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE COMPLETE FRAUDS and THIEVES! They still have not delivered nor allowed me to pick up my furniture and I paid 80% of the estimated price. Following is a sequence of events: July 30th, 2020: Jonnie gives me an estimate to move from Miami Beach to Brimfield, Massachusetts with a 30-day storage (free according to the contract) at which time on the 30th day, I would move into my new place. I paid a down payment of $190 for a move out date from Miami Beach on August 4th at 9:00 am. I reserved my building’s elevator from 9-12 to facilitate the move. I am in Massachusetts due to COVID and arranging this from afar. August 4th-Movers show up at 11:30 which is 2 ½ hours after what I had agreed to with Jonnie. So I had to re-book the elevator for the afternoon 3-6 in order not to be charged another month’s rent by my building. The movers show up at 4:45 and end up completing the move. August 19th-Yaron says they are in Massachusetts (even though my things were supposed to be in storage until September 4th). He demands 70% to be paid upfront once they “arrive in Mass” and says he can’t take any other payment but Zelle which I have never used before. I find this very odd and ask him to pick up my things and that I would complete the move. He and Jack yell and bully me and say that they can’t tell me anything until I pay 70%. So I download Zelle and pay him 70% and ask them to tell me where my things were and Jack says he now can’t tell me anything until I pay the full balance. Jack says that my things will be delivered “around September 4th but cannot make any date guarantees”. I ask him for a copy of the contract because the link Jonnie gave me no longer works. I also ask him for a copy of my Zelle payment and the receipt of what I have paid so far. He does not respond. He does not respond. So I have no contract and no receipt of any payment at this point. August 19th-September 2nd- I email and text Jack to ask for my contract and an update on my move and belongings and there is no response. September 3rd-I text Jack and tell him that if he doesn’t give me a copy of what I have already paid and my contract that I would take him to court, call the media, call the police, and file with the BBB and the Federal Transportation Dept. He finally sent me a copy of the receipt of what I have paid. But still no contract. So I contact my attorney and he says to pay the balance and get the stuff from storage. September 4th-Today is my move-in date and still, I have no contact from the company. I text Jack and ask him where I could pay the remaining balance of the move to pick up my belongings and have my family help me with my move over the long weekend. He doesn’t get back to me. Sep 5th- I call Jack’s number and he says he’s working on getting me the address of the storage unit where my thighs are and would get back to me. He does not. September 6th- I call Yaron at a number that Jack gave me and Yaron says he’s working on getting me the address as well and once that’s ready that I have to pay via Zelle because that’s the only way to pay. I ask him about my contract and he says it’s in the storage unit with my belongings. So, I still have no belongings and no contract. That is the last I have heard from them. At this point, I am out the 80% I have paid this company, and I still have no contract and no belongings. They are obviously con artists and I will most likely never see my belongings. I am calling the media, taking them to small claims court in Florida and I’ve hired an attorney.

Hello customer is ready for delivery from 9/4/2020 the shipment is in a storage in MA so we don't hold her shipment!!!! customer asked to pick up the shipment by hersalf and that is not a problem. I told her that i will call her with the info and only then I will colect the balance I also told her that I don't want the balance before. customer payed the deposit and on the 12 she payed the %70 after we asked again and again. Methods Of Payment: A) A Security Deposit of 20% of the Total Estimate is required at the time of booking. This allows a date to be secured. B) 70% of the total balance is due on the pick up date via cash, personal check, cashier check, credit/debit card or money order (checks are only good if your delivery is more then 3 business days, this way the money is cleared in the company account). C) The remaining balance is due upon delivery via cash OR postal money orders only! so we don't hold her items. we do have 28 dayes to deliver the shipment from the day she is ready. According to the company Tariff we have up to 21 business days (from the first requested delivery date) to deliver the load. This does not mean your move will take this long, it just means it will not be longer then 21 business days no matter what! ************************************************************************** I don't know why we need to talk about it (we have a contract that is sign by the customer that clearly say all the info she needs to know). we are the best company and we give the best service we will call the customer today and try to fix the problem that she think we have. again the customer is ready only from the 9/4/2020 Thank you PS customer recived all the info on the storage and the move is done 9/9/2020

Company charged 1K over the onsite estimate, damaged all my stuff, broke all my TVs. I opened a Claim to their insurance, Claim organization (CSI) said AlpineVanLines (SunriseVanLines) is not picking up the phone nor replying to emails. I had no other option to open a claim to the DOT.

Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am writing this review in hope that no one else has to experience the devastating loss I have. Sunrise Van Lines is unprofessional and unethical. I will not go into all the horrible details because that is not what is important. The main point is Sunrise Van Lines lost or stole and destroyed an excessive amount of my belongings. I have worked hard all of my life to own the things I do and paid a hefty amount of money to Sunrise Van to do their job and they FAILED! I've been trying for the past 6 weeks to be patient and follow-up with the company (they have not once called me about their wrong doing). I have prayed that my sentimental and irreplaceable belongings would be "found". TO NO AVAIL. Instead I've been treated horribly. I was yelled at and ultimately told by Yaron the manager, that is not the companies problem. Sunrise Van Lines is unprofessional, negligent and ignorant. There are hundreds of moving companies to choose to trust with your precious belongings, DO NOT USE SUNRISE VAN LINES.

If you are reading this is because you are considering hiring them, please do yourself a favor and don't. They are dishonest and misleading, they will lie to your face and take your money in the process. Let explain, first of all, this is my first move ever, which makes completely naive about the scams moving companies use to lure you in. I felt for their 5 star review on Google which is composed of 3 reviews my is number 4 and the only real one, how do I know? If you click on who put the review they only had left the one review ever for this company, it's very unlikely that if you have a good experience you leave a review at all, but if are like me and you are because you are reading this, you'd leave reviews on countless stuff with different ratings not only bad or good, on yelp this fake reviews are also misleading, the only possible legit good review they have on yelp is from a customer that cancel and got her deposit back, she doubled won I think, I which I did cancel. But not, I actually cancel with Uload and lost $425 for the chance of going with whom I thought was a reputable company. My contact was Yaron from beginning to end, he was so nice when I spoke to him the fist few times, so accommodating, polite and appeared to be sincere, not that the other 52 companies I spoke to din't either, they sounded like that too, but they had more bad reviews that I desired, what I fool I was! Firs impression, they were late to pickup my stuff and I ended up missing my flight to San Diego on Oct 2nd. Yaron promised me that for few things he would not change my already high quote since it was such a small move anyway, not the case, he did change it by $385 more, I which I cancel then!!! But I agreed ok, they are already there and had to flight that day. Yaron promised that they were not a broker which I was reading a lot about on other companies reviews and I was hesitant to use one that was, but he said we pick it up and we drop it off, same company. LIES!!! they sent my stuff after almost 2 weeks in storage with Skyline Moving, whom gave me a quote $650 cheaper that Sunrise, but I decided their reviews weren't to part. So ironic!!! I finally was a able to get the driver's phone number after pleading with Yaron since 3 weeks went by without where abouts of my belongings. He was in Texas, he said he had 9 moves before getting to me. He got San Diego on October 27th late 2 hours. Be aware they don't even let you see your stuff until they are paid by cash or POSTAL MONEY ORDER, red flag!!!! They basically hold your belongings hostage for ransom. I paid with POSTAL MONEY ORDER against my better judgement and legal advice, obviously I want my stuff, so I paid!!! The movers were actually very nice and polite and other a few broken ornaments and a few pieces having dents and scratches everything made it in better condition than expected. Stay away from this moving company!!!

The worst moving experience I've ever had in my life. I should've done it myself. Ron is a disgusting individual who blamed everything that took place on his crew and other circumstances but never took responsibility for anything. They are animals......STEER CLEAR OF THIS SO CALLED PROFESSIONAL MOVER!
Description of Work: I had a bedroom set and piano moved from Orlando to Long Island NY in December 2015. They destroyed my deceased father's cherished piano severing two legs off which was a gift for my daughter. The cost to repair the piano was over $2,100.00 and to this day Ron "Collins" Mishkin refuses to take responsibility or pay for the damages. Even a third party insurance company he has won't pay either because they can't get an answer or response from him. They also lost some of the bedroom furniture leaving it somewhere in Virginia and had no idea they lost it until I made him aware the items were missing. It took a couple of weeks for the items to be found and delivered..

I am sorry when we come to the pick up house the Piano was broken and the customer sister sign on the inventory list that it is broken the claim contact the company and looked at the inventory list were it say that it is broken that'[Member Information Removed] why it was declined we try to talked with the customer but he was cursing on the phone all the time
