We are having the install in the next 2 weeks.

This was one of the Angie's List deals. I spoke to Sharon and we made an appointment to have someone come out to take measurements and bring us samples of the 4 different granites that were included in this deal. Jean Paul came out to measure and brought the samples. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He returned a second time to confirm the measurements around the sink. A week later, the installers and Jean Paul came to install the countertop and sink. The installers were on time, efficient and very professional. They also cleaned the area around the counter. The whole process was very professional and everyone was extremely responsive. I am very pleased with the work and know that it was well worth the price. I just love my new countertop. I would definitely use them again.

Stone Saver consulted and designed new counter tops for my kitchen. Chelsea offered advice on the style and color options available for my kitchen space. The entire process from the initial templating to the final installation was easy and efficient. The ideas presented by Stone Saver were perfect for my space. The installers were on time, a little early even, and quickly and expertly had the new granite installed. They were knowledgable and expert at their job. They were neat and cleaned up after the job was completed. I am thrilled at the job and product provided by Stone Saver. I highly would recommend them to any one needing to update and modernize their home.

They were very kind and were willing to work with us. Unfortunately it would have been outside of our budget so we had to hold off on the project.

The whole process went very smoothly with constant updates and communication between us and Stone Savers. The subcontractors they use are extremely knowlegable and professional. The countertop men were able to cut and install our tops with no seams which I was very happy about. The tile installer personally went to the warehouse in Brandon and selected addional sheets of tile ( had to order more due to a desing change request I made) to ensure the final results would look wonderful...and it did! The workmen all were very conscientious to clean the worksites both inside my kitchen and out in the driveway. They were all very cosdierate about calling me before heading over to my house so I would know when to be home or expect them. Stone Savers staff answered all of our questions and were very helpful in making desing suggestions and explaining the sequence of events.

Tile was for kitchen backsplash at new beach house construction. They helped select based on the granite and provided recommendations on grout and finishing. Second time we have used them and wouldn't go anywhere else for granite and tile.

Everything was great! The tile is beautiful and custom hand-painted. They helped us match the color of the tile to the rest of the back splash perfectly!

Stone saver did an excellent job on the countertop installation. They were very patient when I changed my mind several times and were flexible with the additional work that I requested. I ended up having to pay for two slabs in order to get the kitchen done, but it worked out nicely because they discounted the two vanity tops with the extra granite. They were very professional and did great work. I would definitely use them in the future.

Good price was enhanced by their offer of a free SS undermount sink. That made them the winner on the price. Selection process was easy. A trip to the stone yards by Ybor. Installation in a day. Met my expectations. I would recommend Stone Saver.

The quote they gave me was fair, detailed and covered everything I was looking for. They were here on time and they followed up. I liked the ideas they brought forward on the backsplash. They proposed things I hadn’t thought of. They are the last step in my remodeling project. They are the company I will use.

It was ok. They did run out of the granite that I wanted, but it wasn’t a big deal; otherwise they were good.

They were very good. They were very professional and punctual. However, their price was a little bit higher than the bid my contractor got. I would recommend other people to call them.

Job went very well and we are very happy with the outcome.

They were totally awesome. The contractors she used to install were very knowledgeable and made a difference. The guys that Sharon used at Stone Saver were picture perfect.

It was excellent. They are very easy to work with and they know what they are doing. I would use them again.

Sone Saver was prompt and responsive to our needs. Their price was $100 under the price of the other estimate we got, so that in itself was not a major deciding factor in going with their business. Sone Saver indicated they would remove the mirror, saving additional dollars and would make the arrangements with the plumber. We selected our granite slab. The slab was larger than I needed for that bathroom, so we had a significant amount of waste, but it was the slab we needed for the decor. We 'hated' to see the rest of the slab go to waste, but we did not think it will go well in the other bathroom we were considering replacing the countertop. They were willing to swap let us use one of their remnant pieces for the other bathroom at no cost for the granite (essentially a swap). We ended up using the same for both bathrooms, but I appreciated their flexibility. Stone Saver sub-contracted Jose to manufacture and install the countertop. We first dealt with Jose when we went to look at the remnants Stone Saver had onsite. He helped us eliminate some stones we thought might work by breaking off a piece so we could take it home. I don't think many people will do this. Had he not given us the flexibility to take a piece home to place in the room, we may have selected a stone whose color did not look good in the room. It is so hard to picture it when one is looking at a piece of granite under the sunlight versus inside the home. The colors do look significantly different. Jose is a true proffessional and obviously knew what he was doing. He did an fantastic job. We was able to remove the 2 very large mirrors over the countertops without breaking them and we were able to re-use them, saving us additional dollars. The mirror company had previously told us it was unlikely one of the mirrors would come off the wall intact since it had a cut out for the electrical outlet, making it less strong in that area. Jose explained to me how he did it with wedges and 'listening' - I now call him the 'mirror wisperer'. The plumber that was sent to install the faucets also did a very nice job and was very reasonably priced. While he was at the house we asked him to do several other small plumbing jobs and he did it with little increase in cost. The granite countertops look great. Jose made sure to leave the area clean when he left. Stone Saver and Jose were a pleasure to do business with.

We wanted to update our master bath by removing the vanity faux marble tops and replacing with granite. The existing countertop was a two-level, "his" and "hers" vanity, each with a sink. The cabinets, tops, and sinks, were about 10 years old and installed when the home was built. They were clearly the cheapest the builder could get away with although they were "nice enough". That is, they were completely functional and we could have "lived" with them. We had purchased this home about 2 years ago and wanted to update. I bought some new bath cabinets from a "big box" store and installed them myself as I have woodworking skills. Next, we went to look for granite. I started by going to a "big dog" granite showroom here in Pasco county. They had numerous slabs in their large showroom but no one to help me so I walked out. Then, I looked on Angie's list and found that others had had the same problem. In addition, their work was not that good and their responsiveness poor. So, I used Angie's list to find another seller, Stonesaver. Stonesaver's is really just a house in Lutz converted into a business. They don't have any granite slabs "on site". They do have relationships with several other area granite sub-contractors that actually have the granite and do the installs. I suppose that this is the case with a number of others, including the "big-box" hardware stores that sub-contract as well. I went to Stonesaver initially to just get an estimate to see how much it would cost for the job. I got this, and, wanting to use a remnant to save money, was given several small samples. Having some trouble seeing how the samples would match our new cabinets, I finally realized that we needed to see the whole slab and not just a sample. So, Sharon, the proprietor at Stonesaver, sent us to the sub-contractor's place of business to view the slabs. This was a great learning experience in that, as may be expected with a "natural" product like granite, the "grain" in the slabs varies greatly. Part of it was relatively "grain free", and part was "grain wild". Which part would we get? We quickly decided that we didn't want our tops made from the samples and looked around at the other slabs available and selected one. The grain patterns of all slabs, again, vary, but I would still suggest that you still look at the entire slab. Next, the contractor, Jose in this case, visited our home and made measurements. I expressed my desires as to exactly where the sinks and faucets should be located and Jose approved as well as made suggestions based upon his 23 years of experience. About a week later, the tops were installed. Everything came out as planned. Unexpectedly, Jose had matched up the grain and color patterns of the tops and backsplashes for a most pleasing result. I think you should ask about and expect his. This was definitely a plus and made everything look great. The install was performed quickly and there wasn't any mess or damage. In conclusion, I would suggest that you consider smaller granite suppliers, like Sharon at Stonesaver. Although they may not have large slabs on site for your consideration, I think they make up for that with personal and professional service as well as a good price. Sharon also told me that she had her contractor personnel "background" checked to preclude any security concerns. Additionally, she doesn't have a minimum square foot requirement like some "big-box" stores. I thought her charges were reasonable and "straightforward". That is, there weren't a number of "add-ons" that would drive up the price. For example, I had previously, purchased a top from another supplier and they wanted to sell me a better, longer lasting, sealant for additional money. From the internet, I learned that the "better sealant" was often just an "undiluted" version of the stock, free, sealant. I felt comfortable dealing with Sharon and Stonesaver and I plan to go back again when I update one of my guest baths.

The job was done fantastically. It was done in a timely manner with regards to my schedule. Mostly I worked with Sharon. She came out to my house to help me chose the color for the countertops. I was given a choice of granite warehouses to visit to chose my slabs. After visiting 3, I chose Elegant Marble and Granite because of their customer service and choices of the granite I was looking for. The fabricator came to my house to measure and make templates. When the granite was ready to install, all existing countertops, sink, faucet, etc was removed and hauled off. The new countertops were installed and fit perfectly. Sharon had set up a plumber to install the faucet, and complete all plumbing. The tiler did my backsplash-which the ladies at Stone Savers had helped me pick out. All the workers took their time to complete their work perfectly instead of rushing to finish. They all worked with me, making any changes I may have come up with and also making suggestions along the way. All craftsmen cleaned up after themselves and left the area neat and tidy. If the need arose, I would use Stone Savers again.

We had no idea what we wanted, and Chelsea was very helpful with her suggestions. She told us what type, color, and size of tile would look good with our countertop. The only downside was that everything had to be ordered, and anything that was left over was non-returnable. The price was much less than what we had expected, so that wasn't a problem. We were very pleased with the assistance we received from everyone at Stone Saver.

Jim, Sharon, and Chelsea are great to work with. They are always responsive to any questions or concerns, and all work was done in a timely manner. Their installer was the friendliest person I've had working on my house. I love my new countertops! Suzanne Kleim

After looking for quite some time and trying to figure out what color/style to pick for our six year old kitchen that we wanted to spruce up with granite, Stone Saver provided us with the best advice, counseling and price for the final decision. They had just opened a new showroom at their Lutz location and were very eager to please. They gave me a quote and I made my decision. The next day the they made arrangements for the templater to come and firm up the measurements. They required half the money be paid at the time the templater came and the remaining half at completion of the project. Since I did not want to go to the granite yard to choose my slab, I asked them to do so. They selected a wonderful piece with just the right shading for my kitchen. They said it would normally be about 10 days from template to installation. They worked with me and agreed to install in just one week since I had to be off work for some other reason. They really went above and beyond.
