They did an outstanding job! They were responsive, tremendously helpful, and did an outstanding job cutting the granite and installing it. Things could not have gone any better. I would use them again without any reservations.

Experience with Stone Saver was not as expected after reading good reports from Angies List. The fabricator/installer they use should be replaced. They contracted this out and were only the middle man during this whole experience.

Wonderful. The work was done efficiently. The counter fit perfectly. Everyone was polite and efficient.

It went great! I went to the showroom with the countertop measurements, and once I had selected the price group they were able to give me an estimate for the total cost. (A Stone Saver employee came to the house to do the templating, but the original measurements held, so that there was no need to change the estimate.) The stone yard where they sent me to pick out the slabs had a very wide selection and I was able to find exactly the pieces I wanted. Stone Savers was flexible as far as installation date was concerned, even accommodating my need to postpone the scheduled install at the last minute (due to delivery problems with new appliances which were also to be installed). And when the hole in the kitchen island had to be tweaked for the new appliances, they came back out without any problem and "made it right." They were easy to work with and kept in communication as the job progressed, always a welcome plus with contractors.They were always willing to answer questions and made sure that I was satisfied. The installers were very careful in both the removal of the old countertops and the installation of the new. I wish I had more countertops to upgrade!

Stone Savers are good people to work with. They clearly outlined the process, from types of granite to general costs. They were spot on. There was some mis-communication as to installation and although there was a bit of a mishap in the installation process, they quickly made it right. The guys that did the installation weren't the most chatty of crews, but the knew what they were doing and installed the countertops quickly. I learned a few things from them. Overall, Stone Savers are a safe bet for your granite needs.

The kitchen countertops were installed beautifully however we didn't have a sink for our bathroom so they needed to return once we purchased the sink. Once we got the bathroom sink we called to have it installed. The installation person was no longer working for the company so he never returned our calls. I called Stonesaver and Sharon said she would get someone to call us. Two weeks later and no call, I called Sharon back. She called the installer and he still did not come out until my husband went by to see Sharon in person. The same installer that was supposed to call showed up at our house and said he would come back to get the piece of granite to cut at his shop. It never happened. Stonesaver did not follow up to see if the problem was resolved. I had to call Angies List. When Stonesaver became aware, they called my husband and said they would send someone out right away and waive the 75.00 return fee. The counter was installed and looks very nice. When I rated them a B because of everything we had to go through Stonesaver sent us the 75.00 bill.

It went very well. It was a two day job so they also came back on Monday.

We were undecided on what we wanted but they pulled it all together for us. They have great vision even if given only a slight clue of what you're looking for. Every one else told us 2-3 weeks from selection to install. We had ours in within a week. One minor oops, but it was handled so incredibly quick and efficiently, I wouldn't even consider it an issue. Very professional, great ideas, great communication and follow up. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for work done.

It could not have gone any better. Sharon and Cecilia were absolutely wonderful to work with. Their patience, knowledge, responsiveness, follow-through, and guidance during every step of the process made it very easy for my wife and me, and resulted in a finished product that was gorgeous. The fabricator/installer was very talented and meticulous.

They were very responsive and were able to install our counter tops in a timely manner. The installer was professional and made some good suggestions. They made sure that the job was done correctly, and professionally.

Sharon and her staff were very responsive and detailed on job aspects. John Paul (JP) installation crew was very professional and did an exceptional job with some difficult corners and electrical outlet cuts. In our opinion the Quality of work could not be matched by any other installation company. The hole drilling for new faucets and soap dispenser was perfect!

Sharon, Cecilia and Chelsea were all wonderful to work with, and offered great advice along the way! There were a couple of glitches in the whole process (not due to any fault of theirs) and they were great about keeping me updated about the status of our order and accommodating my schedule. The installers were awesome and easy to have in the house, although they did show up to do templates one day without any warning from anyone. From then on though, I did always receive calls from the store in advance, as well as from the installers when they were on their way. My only complaint might be that I did think their fee for removal of the old counters into my garage was rather high, and it was not quoted in the original price. Overall, my counters look fabulous, it was a good experience, and I would highly recommend working with Stone Savers!

Several month back we stopped at Stone Savers to get a price to replace a countertop and shelf in our guest bath. Although we wound up not doing the work, we were totally impressed with them. The bath countertop was large and Sharon estimated about $1,000 for the work. We thought rather than spend it in a bath, why not do the kitchen...and so the idea was born. Sharon gave us a list of several stone warehouses in Tampa and we were on our way. We spent the day looking and finally decided on one and put our name on it. We waited until we actually received the new sink, faucet and cooktop before we scheduled them to come and do all the measuring. The two workers were great. We have a very angled kitchen and a large pony wall. We wanted the same look with the new Granite. They suggested fabricating one piece for the pony wall and we agreed. It came out perfect. We were told that it would be about two to three weeks before they were back with the finished product. Well, low and behold, two weeks to the day they showed up at our door to announce they were here to install our countertops. Woops! No one let us know, an error on Sharon's part. Since we were unprepared, the installers came in and we all bustled around getting drawers removed and counters cleaned so they could start. 30 minutes later they were ready to start. The one thing I would say to all this, is that anyone contemplating having this done should remove EVERTHING from under the counters. There was dust and bits of wood from supports everywhere and I spent the next day cleaning both the cabinet interiors along with everything that we didn't remove; pots, pans, you name it. The installers stayed until they finished the total install and cleanup, so it was after 7 in the evening before they left. We are very happy with the results and would certainly recommend Stone Savers and Sharon for any project we may consider in the future.

Everything went extremely smoothly. Sharon was always easy to reach, her employees were neat, punctual, and very skilled. The installation was done in about 4 hours and the kitchen was left clean and spotless. It was truly a pleasure working with Sharon and we would certainly use her company again - we recommend them highly!

I called to get my falling sink to be reattached when I noticed it was falling down. I could not find a plumber to remove and re-install my under the counter sink to my quartz top since I did not have brackets screwed into the counter top. The counter top company did not install the required brackets when they installed the counter top so I need a person develop a permanent solution which did not require brackets screwed into the counter three years after the cabinets were installed. Sharon arranged for her installer to call me within 24 hours with a solution proposal and estimate in line with others I saw via my internet research. I accepted the offer and schedule the repair when the builder's arranged for the cabinet - counter top company to remove the sink, reattach it with new adhesive and install a metal strap beneath the sink and the strap to be screwed into the side of the sink cabinet to hold up the sink. Incidentally, this is a similar / exactly the solution that Stone Saver suggested. Sharon is a true professional.

Drove 40 mins to go to there show room since there open sundays and when I arrived there store says closed and there hours on the door states closed sunday. Wasted my morning trying to give them business.

That service turned out fantastic. They came out right before Thanksgiving. I would give them a perfect 10, because they were so great. They communicated well, they stuck with the price they gave us, they also gave us a lot of different options too. Chelsea was our contact and the 2 men, who were brothers, who installed the counters were great to work with. They did the installation in our kitchen. They were nice too. I wished Angie’s List would let me give them an A+

Various staff members of this firm stayed in contact with me throughout the process. Measurements were completed within a day after first contact. I received notes and calls regarding the progress on cutting the stone each day until the installers arrived. The product was beautiful and I received a new sink. Over all I am very pleased. especially because the owner and staff stayed with me all thought the process. Nice people.. quality work and a fair price. What more could I ask? Willis

It went great start to finish. I contacted them through their website, they responded to me almost instantly, they found what I was looking for, had it installed very quickly. They showed up when they said they would, the whole experience was so very easy. They had the top installed before I even heard back from some of the other companies I requested quotes from.

Sharon was great. Everything was handled professionally and she spent a lot of time explaining everything to us. The guys who came out to measure the kitchen were the same ones who came to install the countertops. It was the one part of our kitchen remodel that went smoothly. The countertops were installed when promised and the guys left my kitchen spotless when they were done. We couldn't have asked for any better service. The countertops are beautiful. Thanks, Sharon!

Sharon and Chelsea were wonderful. They listened to what I was wanting although at that time I wasn't even SURE what it was that I wanted. Sharon gave us information on the options available to us with the cabinets and then Chelsea showed me around the showroom and explained the different types of countertops available and with my information input showed me just exactly the right granite samples!! It was just exactly what I wanted and Sharon gave us the addresses to look at the slabs in order to pick out the exact piece. I found the most exquisite piece of granite that would have looked wonderful in my kitchen. Unfortunately, a little health issue came up and forced the postponement of the counters. During that time until now Sharon has sent periodic emails to check on us and to let us know that she has kept out proposal active. We have come to the decision that we are going to move to another city. Therefore, we are not going to redo the kitchen at this time. However, if things were to change, we would DEFINITELY have Sharon come in and do the countertops for us. There is not another establishment between Spring Hill and Tampa that we would use other than Sharon and Stone Saver, Inc. and we visited quite a few others. We can not recommend them highly enough for their professionalism, their punctuality, their reliability and their courtesy.

Chelsea came out and measured the counters in bathrooms. She was punctual and very professional. The estimate was sent by Sharon and included a picture of the suggested granite. I did get three estimates and Stone Saver was just a little higher than the other two estimates. I still would use them over the other two companies just based on the follow-up communication and professionalism. Thanks Sharon and Chelsea.

Removed and hauled away old laminate countertops, installed new granite countertops and cleaned up completely. Kitchen looks beautiful. Owner Sharon was friendly, professional and extremely helpful with any questions I had. All and all, an excellent experience.

Sharon and the team were very professional and a pleasure to work with. The were very responsive to any questions and we are very happy with our choice.
