phone repair
+ -1 moreSteve came out to my house and repaired the phone here at the house. I had contacted him many times about the problem prior to asking him to come out. Not only did he answer all my questions, but he answered his phone each time I called him, which is very refreshing. When I asked him to come and repair the problem, he did so quickly, kept within what he quoted me over the phone and completed the job with my total satisfaction. He is very pleasant to work with, accommodated my schedule and I believe him to be very honest and trustworthy - no funny business. I would recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: Steve repaired a bad wire in my home. The land line would not work at all and after contacting our phone company, they would not troubleshoot the inside wiring. They would only check the lines coming to my home on the outside.
