Offered flexible appointments to fit my schedule. The installers arrived on time and were professional. They fixed the rollers in the door and secured the frame on one of the panels. The noticed that one of the other panels was not properly secured so they fixed that too. Sliding glass door works great now even for being part of the original construction of the townhome built in 1982. Would definitely recommend this company! Thanks for the great service!

I explained I was selling house and didn't want to redo all the doors, only what needed to be done. They evaluated all doors and recommended best solution. If the door didn't need repaired they stated as such; they only replaced what needed to be done. Carol who handled the scheduling was friendly and helpful and gave me an accurate estimate. The work was done within a week of me calling. The 2 young men arrived and assessed what they needed to do and 3 hours later were finished. They removed all 14 doors and replaced the rollers. All the work was done outside, and they completely cleaned any evidence of the worked they had done. They waited until I checked all the doors and made any adjustments I needed.

Our sliding glass door had been very difficult to open and close for a long time. I replaced the rollers myself once but they only lasted for a short period of time before going back to the way they were before. After reading the reviews here I decided to give Sliding Door Roller Replacement a try. They claimed that their rollers last for many years. I made an appointment and they were very prompt replacing the rollers in less than a hour. That was 7 months ago and the door still glides with very little effort. In retrospect I should have had my other door done too. I plan on calling them again.

I called yesterday to get an estimate which I was given over the phone. The estimate was competitive and they were able to come and do the job today. Two men arrived within the promised time frame. Both were friendly and courteous. They examined the door and the door track, and said that new rollers were all I needed. They thoroughly cleaned the track and replaced the door rollers. They also inspected the sliding screen door, adjusted the rollers and reinstalled the door. The entire job was completed in approximately 30 minutes. They cleaned the door frame and wiped off fingerprints on the glass, leaving it all looking like new.

The two-man team arrived within the two hour time window we were given. We first contacted the company via email on Sunday and they fixed the door on the following Tuesday morning. Both gentlemen were very nice and demonstrated an excellent knowledge of their product expertise. Within 40 minutes, they had replaced the faulty track, attached a stainless steel rod over the faulty track using liquid nails, cleaned the excess adhesive once the new track was pressed in place, used a shop-vac to clean the bottom area, and sprayed an aluminum based lubricant on both the top and the bottom. The doors now slide easily on the track and noiselessly with the new rollers. Very nice job, quick and efficient, and cost effective.

I called for a general estimate on the phone and initially spoke with Carol in the office. I explained the problems I was having with my sliding glass door and she was able to provide several price options covering a range of services. The actual repairs and their associated prices would need to be determined after the service crew inspected the job but with Carol's input I felt I had a reasonable grasp of the maximum price exposure.. and so I made the appointment. I received a followup call from Carol a few days before the service to reconfirm the schedule - that was helpful to me. The crew (the owner and a helper) arrived on the day and within the time range we had agreed to. The owner was very helpful with some technical questions I asked and took the time to show me the materials he proposed to use and then explain the installation. I'm a stickler for details so it was important to me that he took this extra time. It turns out that this company is also a stickler for details so we were a good match. I agreed to replace the existing single roller to a double roller design so that the weight of the door was better supported by 4 rollers instead of 2. The extreme noise this door created when sliding back and forth was actually due to the poor surface condition of the track rather than the rollers. The crew suggested that I install a stainless steel overlay (a channel) placed over the damaged track. This was secured with an adhesive and followed by mechanical crimping. After removing the doors, changing the rollers as described and thoroughly cleaning the entire track they installed the overlay, cleaned everything again, and then hung the doors. A final adjustment later and we were ready for a test drive. The reduction in noise was miraculous! The door easily slid back and forth and was better than "new". The crew worked well together; they were polite, moved various chairs and plants that were within their work area, and then set it all back up. Really, I couldn't be happier. It was nice to see a young man (the helper) learning a trade from the business owner and he knows his stuff. I imagine that there are plenty of sliding door repair contractors in our area but why waste time evaluating 2 or 3 different companies? I wholeheartedly recommend Sliding Door Roller Replacement, Inc.

All members of the company I had contact with were courteous and helpful. Phoned the day of service and arrived as promised. Door works as new again.

Our sliding glass door was getting difficult to operate. They explained that part of the problem was the actual weight of the door, and that replacing the rollers would not completely eliminate the problem. However, we decided to go ahead and when they had finished there was an improvement. They also explained that we needed to use special aluminum lubricant, not silicone or oil based lubricants. We were very impressed by their pleasant, friendly attitude and by the competent way they worked.

Everyone associated with this company is very nice and professional. As service providers go, these folks are top notch. I discussed with Michelle in advance what she thought would be needed and she was correct. She also told me what the estimated cost would be and she was correct on that as well. I opted to have an additional track cleaned. The sliding door is definitely much better. I have absolutely no qualms with any other area except the cost involved. Even though I knew the cost upfront and agreed to it,, after seeing what's actually involved I do believe they charge too much for the equipment provided and actual services performed.

I called SDRR this morning and they had a crew in my area so they worked me into the schedule. John and his partner arrived in less than 2 hours and went right to work. Approximately 30 minutes later my sticky hard to open patio doors were gliding with a push of the finger. Excellent work. Thanks for the professional job!!
