Description of Work: Fantastic, professional service at every step from my initial inquiry via email to the actual work performed. Our sliding doors barely worked in the house we've lived in for two years. Michelle promptly scheduled us for an appointment. The initial time she suggested didn't work for me but she went out if her way to reschedule and accommodate me for an earlier time on the same day. Awesome! The service guys were punctual, courteous, and did an outstanding job with our sliding doors, which open and close almost effortlessly now. The techs were detailed and thorough on their work and went to great lengths to make everything work right. They even fixed the broken lock on one of the sliding doors. The quoted price was the actual price, and I found the cost overall to be very reasonable for the work performed. My wife and I were both extremely pleased with this company and I feel confident in referring others to them.

Description of Work: I had a sliding door that was next to impossible to open. I also have two dogs whose hair gets into the track. One tech came to the door to evaluate the job and said they could fix the door so that it felt like " sliding on ice." He then went to the truck and brought a second tech back in with him. They took both doors off, replaced the old rusted roller with a new two-wheel roller and cleaned the tracks. And he was right, it is like gliding on ice. I don't think our door worked this well when it was originally installed! They were both very professional and nice. They charged a total of $133, which included a can of spray to use on the tracks. I was very impressed with their work and would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: SDRR came out the same day that I called them because they were in the Clearwater area and fixed two doors that were not rolling at all. They gave me a good qoute and priced the job just right. I will be using them again for any sliding glass door issues I have in the future.

Description of Work: We had been having problems with our pocket sliding doors for awhile, difficulty with opening door. I really wasn't aware there was a company that would do that type of work. I was at the Home Show at the Fairgrounds and saw their booth and spoke their representative who informed me that if they could not fix the problem then there would be no charge. I was impressed and checked them out on Angie's List. They arrived promptly and assured me that they could resolve the problem. They did that indeed. I can't say enough about them. Our doors work better when we had the house built. We also had the install a handle and a lock on the doors. GREAT JOB....... I would highly recommend them.
