Dan did a great job with the work. He was quick and efficient and was able to complete the work quickly after our initial quote. He kept us informed the entire process. When he noticed something was wrong with the initial construction of the porch structure, he was very clear about the problem and gave us all the available options for moving forward. He was clean and quiet - I hardly knew he was working. Very happy, we would definitely hire again if his services were needed.

Owner did a estimate when asked and after approval the crew was out the next day. Crew was polite and professional and completed the job in one day as promised. All trash was removed. All door closers and hardware were replaced.

Not only did he just replace the torn screens, but he saved me a bunch of money by just fixing the lanai door!! Very pleasant too!!!!

Dan was professional and courteous during the entire process. The job had to be done in stages and each time Dan explained what he would be doing and cleaned up the job site when done. He kept me informed of any progress or delays via e-mail, text, and phone. I am very pleased with my new room he created. He is a perfectionist and it shows in his work. Also, his pricing is very reasonable.

He was prompt and courteous; He explained the costs of the different options ie panels vs rescreening. He was not pushy.

Two men showed up on time and worked hard to complete the job between rain storms. They did a good job and cleaned up the area well. If needed I would hire them again and recommend them.

He came in, on time, and removed and replaced all the screens of my rather large lanai. If I hadn't been there, I would not have known he was there except for seeing the new screens. He was very polite and being a Veteran is a plus in my book. Great service.

Called Dan to request a quote for screen and gutter repair. He said he was busy with a job and would call me back to schedule coming over that afternoon or later that week. After not getting a call back for 2 or 3 days, I called him again. We set a time for him to come over. Dan came and took a look at my job. He said he needed to research some items and that he would get back to me with a quote. I never heard from him again (it's been over 2 weeks in writing this). More than once I made a point of telling him that, if he was too busy to let me know and I would find someone else. Instead he wasted my time, since now I still have to find someone to do the work.

It went very well. He arrived the day after we called him. He was very efficient. The work was done very well.
