Ive used Mr Honey Do before and I am HAPPY with their service. Called for free estimate and job was started a few days later. Farshad arrived on time and got right to work. As before. the jobs were completed in a neat and timely fashion. Like I've said before, I will only change a light bulb and call on Mr Honey Do for all of my handyman jobs

It went great. I trust them, I've done work with them before. They got the job done exactly as they said.

Don't waste your time. You will never see such lazy people. They waste your time, never show up, just do time pass. Just I read the response from the business owner. So, I am adding additional comments - Mr Honey-Do, you know that everyone says how bad you talk to people. I am not a frustrated person. But, your tone response was very very headstrong. I scheduled an appointment, but you never showup. You may ask why am I leaving feedback after 1 week. If I leave feedback immediately, that means frustration. If I leave feedback after one week means - I want to protect my other buyers to protect from the further damage. I sincerely advise to stay way from this handyman.

His work is great and we loving being able to depend on him for help around the home.

Everything went great. Contacted me promptly and came out to provide the estimate for the repairs I needed. I also planned to call another company for pressure washing, but Farhad mentioned he could arrange that and also noted the squirrels were chewing on my roof pipes again. The repairs were done first and went great. The door looks so much better and is so much safer with that window repaired. Then the next week the pressure cleaning company came out, before they finished Farhad came out to make sure everything was going well. I really appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail. I will use this company again.

The service was outstanding , they responded immediately to my call to schedule the work. Due to the new fan not working efficiently I needed the service a second time. First service handyman was pleasant , professional and completed the job quickly & left the area spotless. Second time service call was also answered and scheduled immediately. Once again the job was completed and the area left immaculate! Totally satisfied with the work that was done and would definitely recommend and use Mr Honey-Do again.

He went to my rental house at the time that he had made the appointment with my tenants. He diagnosed the problem and, incredulously, all 4 of the ballasts for 4 different fluorescent light fixtures in the house needed to be replaced. I had called him because only two light fixtures were not working properly. It seemed unlikely to me that this was true, but I concluded that the ballasts were likely all old and authorized the work through my property manager. My property manager asked about how to pay for the services and, apparently, a credit card (my preference) was not an option. The vendor indicated a check would be fine and my property manager made a point to tell him that that typically is a 30 day invoice payment process. He indicated that was fine. He began hounding us for the money after only 25 days or so. On that day he called my tenant first, who has no financial obligation to him at all, prior to calling my property manager. This is unacceptable behavior on the part of a vendor... period! We scheduled his payment through our bank on-line billpay so that the payment would reach him on the 30th day, which was 03/10/2015. On 03/16/2015, he called my property manager (thankfully not my tenant this time) threatening to put a lien on my property and also to go collect the money from my tenant. I contacted my bank only to find out that the check had cleared my bank on Friday, 03/13/2015, which means that he probably got it on the date intended, which was 03/10/2015. At the very least it means that he cashed it on or prior to 03/12/2015. Sometimes the work can be fine, but the level of dishonesty or incompetence (whichever this is) can be unacceptable. Given the interactions that I've had with him over the payment, I wonder if I really did needed 4 ballasts.

Very personable, arrived when promised, and the work performed was flawless. The price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend to others.

Farhad and Brian were incredible. I have not had the best of luck finding service contractors, but that has now changed. These gentlemen do quality work and have fun personalities to boot. In the above and beyond category, Brian found a wiring issue caused by the contractor (this is a new home). He was able to remedy the problem and I now have awesome outside lighting. I will be calling on Mr. Honey-Do for all future projects. Thanks guys!

They have came out multiple times and have done all types of services. They are always very kind and efficient. The cost is pretty reasonable as well. I will continue to use them in the future for other projects.

I had the impression that there are two folks who do the work and one manager. Since I lived so far away from their base, and they were busy, it took a few days to schedule them to stop by for an estimate. Once here, we went through a list of many items ranging from carpet repair, to concrete sealing/painting, to electrical. We discussed the work and - even though the projects were all over the map - they offered to provide an estimate for all of them. Their expertise was evident during the discussions as we walked through options on some of the projects. A few days later, the estimate came as a bulk price - not itemized. We exchanged emails about the cost of a subset, we agreed on it (carpet repair, electric work, and concrete painting/sealing), and agreed on a date. They were here much of the day. It was a hot day, and they had projects exposing them to the heat (e.g., electrical work in the attic). A couple of the projects needed some additional effort that we hadn't discussed, but they took those steps to assure that the result was top quality.

Mr. Honey do and his partners were professional, punctual, and did excellent work. I have referred them to 2 family members who have since hired them. I will definitely use them in the future.

It gave him a challenge. He got the job done, due to the weight of the window I wouldn't be able to operate it. I also appreciate the work he did for me.

Farhad is always punctual, fair, courteous, and trustworthy. We will continue to use him whenever our house has repair needs.

Their work was performed quickly and they were extremely neat. Didn't leave any mess to be cleaned up. Also gave me estimates on other projects that I may have done in the future. Very professional.

The work went well. They were prompt, courteous and professional at all times, even with my Chihuahua chasing and barking at them. They completed the work in a timely manner. When I expressed some concern over the price of something, they immediately offered me a credit on work in the future or cash back. That's a pretty big deal given the fact that they had been already been paid for the work. The work was completed in a timely manner and followed up with a phone call later in the day to see if I was satisfied. Good customer service!

Mr Honey Do did it again!!! He arrived on time, hung chandelier in my dining room, was extremely efficient, and did a FANTABULOUS job!!!!! I absolutely refuse to do anything in my home other than change a light bulb..

Called from in front of the house to let me know he was there and then came to my house in the back with no problems. Before entering the house he asked if he should take off his shoes--this really impressed me. Polite and respectful the entire time. Had me check the work on each project before he moved to the next. No debris or clutter left. Needed to hang the picture over the bed and asked for a cover to protect the bed/took off his shoes/and knelt on the bed to complete the work. I would recommend this company to everyone. By the way his sister-in-law chose the name for them. Knew a woman had to be there somewhere. Kudos lady, that is why I chose this company-caught my eye immediately.

He knew exactly what the issues were and could schedule me in later that day if I wanted. The price was reasonable so I agreed for the work to be done. The techs that came out were great. They got to work immediately and finished up promptly. They were very detail oriented and did a great job. I would highly recommend Mr. Honey-Do.

What a pleasure dealing with Mr. Honey Do. Farhad, the owner, was wonderful to work with. When I first called, he advised me that they were scheduling jobs two weeks out. Since nothing was an emergency, that was fine with me. He came out to estimate the job within a day or two, and had me walk him through all the repairs, taking pictures of each item. He then called me the next day with the estimate and advised that they did not need any upfront money (and also cautioned about paying any company before the work was performed). During the two week period, he kept me informed of their schedule. The work was performed by him, his brother, and one employee (no subcontractors). All three were friendly and efficient. After he primed the flashing, he had me come out and look at it so that I could see that the priming had been done prior to painting. They were able to complete everything that day except the window (the spring/weight in the window had to be ordered since it was an older window). He then walked me though each repair to make sure I was satisfied. He indicated that they guaranteed their work, and advised me to call him at any time if I experienced any problems. His brother returned three days later and fixed the window. I was extremely happy with their work, their attention to detail, and their cleanup. I highly recommend Mr. Honey Do to anyone needing repairs around the house.

The two techs were prompt courteous and very professional. There was no mess and the installation went flawlessly. I was pleased with the service, but still felt that it was pricey. $150 for the Microwave Install and $75 to install a pre-assembled ceiling fan. Nevertheless, I would use them again if I needed a handyman.
