Heather V. came out and gave us a great transparent demonstration of their products and pricing. The product was excellent and the price was great. Immediately pulled the trigger and got some windows on the way!

I’m very pleased with the service James Davis gave. Great product knowledge. No pressure. Provided excellent guidance throughout the process of selecting my new kitchen. I would highly recommend James Davis and Morgan Exteriors to anyone in need of a new kitchen.

To summarize the events of this morning (10/27/2022), I was forced to call Kirk (owner of the company) at his leisure while I am at work. Kirk threatened us with legal action unless we pay today, while we still have yet to resolve the issues of lack of quality in your company's product and workmanship. He stated during the call that the customer has nothing to do with this business. I am disgusted to hear this from the owner of a company that deals directly with its customers. Fred stated in his sales pitch, "we have great customer service and American manufactured trustworthy product" and yet that does not align with what Kirk, the owner of the company, said to me directly. Morgan Exteriors is selling lies. Kirk was not interested in listening to my concerns and all he cared about during our call was how he could acquire the money the fastest way. Kirk's options were to threaten me with legal action, place a lien on the house, and damage our credit scores. Your business has everything to do with customer service and none was provided! We received shoddy workmanship and shoddy product as evidenced in the photos attached in previous emails. Your company also provided many excuses and only placed the blame on the manufacturer, despite the shoe (Reebok brand) prints of your contractors clearly visible on my kitchen cabinets. It is Morgan Exterior's responsibility to check for their product quality since that is what you base your business on. If the product was received damaged from the manufacturer, it should have never made it all the way into my house and should have been caught by your quality control. Either you do not inspect the product before it arrives at your customer's house, indicating a complete absence of quality control, or your contractors damaged the product after it was brought to my house. Either way, Morgan Exterior is liable for the damages and needs to make it right. You did not in any way help ease my mind as your customer or provide any type of compensation for the poor product and lack of customer service received. At this point doing this business with your company and as a newly pregnant woman, I am concerned about my state of mind and health. Please consider this notice that neither my husband nor I will communicate with you via telephone due to your company's legal threats. All future communication must take place in writing. If you call us at this point I will consider this as harassment. Please see images below, I am unable to upload all 30 images to show the shoddy product quality.

2018 work completed and paid in full. The large bay window leaks and it was replaced twice but still leaks. I have reached out to the a couple if months ago and nothing was repaired. Today it still leaks and has caused more damage from every time it rains (blinds, window seals, sheet rock, wood floors). They do not honor their warranty.

Waiting for windows to be installed but this company has a very good rating.

Bobby and Isaac were awesome to have doing the work. They were punctual, reliable and professional. They kept me informed of every process and timeline. I would definitely recommend Morgan Exteriors and Bobby and Isaac for the installers.

BEWARE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON MORGAN EXTERIORS! PAID IN FULL AND THEY WILL NOT FINISH THE WORK. THOUSANDS IN DAMAGE TO MY HOME. LOOK AT MY PICTURES THIS COMPANY IS HORRID FROM TOP TO BOTTOM BE WARNED!

Company policy is apparently that both husband and wife be present for an estimate to be given. Waste of my time, as no decision would have been made in any fashion today. Sounds like high pressure sales.

Curtis came to our house and was very professional and gave an inclusive and informative presentation and competitive quote for our kitchen remodel. I can tell Morgan exteriors uses quality products and I am very excited to see what the end result will be.

Max gave us a professional tour of our options, the process, the timing and the cost. We know quality is what Morgan Exteriors/Bath Planet is known for and it’s true! That’s why we hired them a second time. First for a shower remodel and second for a tub/shower remodel.

What a chauvinistic company!!! I was refused a quote on a whole home for windows because my husband was not going to be present for the quote!!! ***!!! I've been in construction for over 25 years and my father specialized in windows and sliding glass doors for over 40 years. I know exactly what I want and what I want to pay, and under no circumstances should my husband need to be present for the quote when he trusts me completely to make this decision! This is definitely discriminatory towards women!!! What a horrible business practice! Never use this company!!!

The sales rep and the presentation at first was fine but it changed rather quickly. The sales rep had a new hire with him and instead of letting the new hire engage he actually talked down to him. Also the sales rep put down his own company from time to time. For example “Yeah, I can’t reach anyone they all must be playing golf.” “Yup, Mr. Morgan is too busy to answer, probably it concerned over how much money he’s making.” At the end of the sales pitch my husband and I were honest and said we need to talk it over and compare other companies. The sales rep instead acknowledging that kept pushing for us to sign the contract. In fact the sales rep went as far lowering the original price to almost half if we signed and did unpaid free advertising. I have never had a sales rep continue to push to the point were it became negative. His voice was getting louder at the same time. At the end he turned to his new hire and said some where on the lines of “These people aren’t serious, this happens sometimes.” We are very serious about new windows and want to make sure we are getting the best quality for our money. We also will not jump to spend a few grand because a window purchase can be the same amount as buying a car. My husband and I wanted to weigh all of our options prior to moving forwards. We will not be moving forwards with Morgan Exteriors. I understand making a sale is important but it is ok to let a potential client think it over.

Before the replacement began I received another quote from Pasco W &D. They brought to my attention that a casement window could be installed avoiding egressso I can enclose my linea. A question I asked morgan, both Jeff and Dennis said there was no way to get around This. I was misinformed and mislead. The cheaper quote I received from Pasco W&D with the casement window would not be honored Because of PascoW&D’s reputation. I question morgan exteriors’ Ethics and business practices. They would even give me Kirk Morgan’s email.

The windows are fine but I priced a bit high. The instillation crew consisted of two men, the older one being the boss who constantly berated the younger man for not working faster, the crew should have had at least three men to do the job safely due to the weight of the larger windows. As they prepared to leave we had to remind them to finish chalking one of the windows and I wanted a new screen to replace one that was made too big and forced into place, I also asked them to wash the windows as promised, they said the next crew would finish, cleanup, install the new screen and wash the windows, after they were gone I found moulding that had been poorly installed. The cleanup crew brought a correctly sized screen and tried to correct moulding issue which I actually had to finish myself, they also informed me that washing the windows was not their job and should have been done by the instillation crew so we of course did that too. I had to repeatedly call Morgan to find out when the cleanup crew would arrive and the new screen would be installed. If I hire Morgan again I will withhold at least half the payment as long as I have to until I have had time to make sure the job is completely satisfactory, I should have known better, that was my fault.

Very nice job& after installation I noted. $40 difference in my power bill, so win/win!

We replaced all 15 of our windows with hurricane impact windows. Morgan Exteriors matched a lower quote from another company, and they have a 1 year price guarantee. We were also impressed by their 100% lifetime guarantee on everything, no small print of exceptions. They came out and made sure everything was exactly as we wanted it before submitting the order. The installation was fast, and the workers kept the site very clean and safe. Eta was our first storm since replacing the windows. I kid you not, I slept through it. The windows are so insulated that I didn't hear the rain or the wind, and I slept with peace of mind knowing that the kids were safe from flying glass. Great job guys! We'll call you when it's time to do the doors!

Professional and friendly service from all the staff. The results are exceptional and Travis our installer is a credit to the company.

Today was our big day in that our unrated (because of the year of manufacture) electrically controlled hurricane shutters which covered our big front window and the big front window, along with the dilapidated window sill were to be removed and the custom made/measured hurricane three section picture window to be installed along with a new window sill. Mr. Tom Sanders/Lead Technician and Mr. Michael Williams/Technician were the installation team from Morgan Exteriors who showed up to work at the time promised. While it took me a few minutes to get them to address me by my first name Mr. Sanders and Mr. Williams expertise was evident from the very beginning of their work. I knew this because Mr. Sanders first walked me through what was going to take place as per the agreed upon work order along with telling me that this work would be a two-step process. Phase I being done today (removal of the electronic hurricane shutters, the dilapidated windowsill, and the existing windows). Phase II will be accomplished next week which includes putting stucco on the window sill, replace the marble sill inside, fix the dry wall on the inside (very limited damage done during the removal process), and installation of the soffit area where the hurricane shutters were stored. Not only were Mr. Sanders and Mr. Williams the consummate professionals they were friendly and very informative. Mr. Sanders took the time to show me and explain what had taken place with our existing window sill and how close we came to possibly having a real problem on our hands as well as reassuring us that the installation was not affected negatively in any manner. Mr. Sanders and Mr. Williams worked well as a Team, the sounded like a Team (instead of Lead -to- Technician) in their verbal communications, stayed on task the entire time, and then cleaned up their work area so well that my wife commented on how clean they left the area inside and outside. Before leaving for the day, Mr. Sanders explained his write-up so as to ensure that Phase II will be done without any issues, gave us a copy of his write-up, explained the lifetime warranty, and then gave us an overview on the operations of the new picture window, what to watch out for in manipulating the outer windows that open and how to maintain the sliding section of the windows. Pictures were taken but the boss of the house said that we will attach Phase I and Phase II pictures upon completion of the project. Highly recommend Morgan Exteriors for any window replacement you may be thinking of.

Hideous. Never returned to fix one window that is not installed correctly; the sash is not working and window slides down, had asked for repair after they installed, they never resolved. Front door installed and not correct; sent out person to replace new door, he rigged it so it would close, still seals are not tight and can see light. We bought a WHITE door; they only sent with white primer on it and said they don't paint the doors. All other companies I have talked with have ther door painted previous to install, the color that was ordered. Two years later, I still have no resolve. My husband died before the install; they dragged out the process for months getting the windows and door, and kept asking for my husband, even after I had told them over and over again he was dead. They wanted to argue with me all the time and we paid in full for their services. They are horrid Customer Service. Installed in 2018.

It was wonderful! They did it very quickly, and no mess.

The company charged a few hundred more than $12,000.00 The contractors completely missed installing key pieces of material. The butt joints did not match. The company was not even sure if flashing was used, that’s how uncertain they were of their own work. The underneath of multiple gables was missing the bottom piece. Multiple boards were not aligned/were uneven. If I hadn’t noticed, then they would not have fixed anything. 15 + cigarette butts scattered all over the yard, front, back, sides of the house, right up against the house. They just smoked and threw them on the ground. They had the pallet of building materials (about 30 pieces, 15 feet long) in the middle of our driveway for over a month after the first crew came out, despite the first contractors only working on it for a week. The company, Morgan Exteriors, informed me that they were unaware of the poor, faulty construction because they do not inspect their own work. They say they hire outside contractors, and once these contractors say the job is done then Morgan Exteriors accepts that. No one inspects anything. The painter got paint (white) all over the house (our house is painted grey). The painter did not use plastic sheeting to seal off any of the bottom walls to prevent paint from dripping all over the exterior. It rained, and due to the lack of sealing, the entire wall is now splotched with white paint. Full brush strokes are seen on the side of the walls. Due to not using any protective equipment, white paint droplets are on the windowsill, hedges, grass, walls, etc. The painter also left the paint lid in the grass and used the hose and left it unraveled in the bushes/side of the house, small things that in additional to the poor work and countless cigarette butts adds up to a disappointing performance. After I notified then of my concerns, they eventually got someone out to fix it (a month later). They were unable to fix the paint job, because we did not have the paint on hand (we JUST bought the home and the original owners did not leave us a can). I know the company tried to fix the construction aspect of it all, however I am upset that everything had to be fixed, especially to this extent. I wish that I never hired this company, and I wish that they had a professional paint my house instead, because now I have to live with the paint job, which our family event pointed out when seeing our house for the first time. The employees that work in the office are kind over the phone, but their aptitude and helpfulness did not translate into the finished product. I hope that the siding that I now have is durable and as close to properly done as it can be, but every time I look at my house now and see the paint everywhere, I will be reminded of how it got there, and reminded that the siding might not even be properly completed.

We were very pleased with the salesman Eddie Barnhill who did a great demonstration on Simonton slider windows. He was not pushy and answered all of our questions. Tito and Adonis were the installers and they installed 13 windows in one day and were very neat and clean. I had no mess to clean up. Susan Moseley was very helpful and always called me back when I had a question. There customer service is great. They all are very prompt in arriving on schedule. Tom Andrews, a serviceman was very helpful too. I would highly recommend Morgan Exterior. I already have told 3 friends about them. Hopefully they will have the same experience my husband and I had with the company. I would definitely give them a 5 star rating. Barbara and Gary S. Seminole, FL

Our appointment with Fred was very informative and professional.

The entire process was great. From the selection of materials to the actual installation. I had other work being done as well, and ME worked with us to insure all activities were coordinated. The installers were great, and responded to all concerns that arose during the process. We're extremely happy with the results!

Very good and excellent. Day one with the salesman was here, excellent representation and professional. the installer was professional, on time, and clean up was excellent.
