My husband and I decided it was time to finally get hurricane proof windows. We originally found Morgan Exteriors at one of our local home shows and their staff was very friendly! Our salesperson showed up to our home on time for our appointment and was very knowledgeable and courteous. We really enjoyed the presentation. Morgan Exteriors kept in contact with us during the whole process of ordering and scheduling installation so we never had to guess what was going on. And the actual install? Went flawlessly! You could tell the guys really knew what they were doing and they were really polite. Our brand new front door is absolutely stunning! I feel so much safer now that we have our hurricane proof windows and door :-) I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs ANY home improvements. We plan to remodel our kitchen next with them!

It did not go smooth for me, that why I rated it this way. The installation started a week later than suppose to according to the contract. After the window installation it took them another 8 weeks to finish the project with the storm shutters. I wouldn't recommend this company to my friends

It has been the worst decision I have EVER made to hire Morgan Exteriors. We signed our contract on December 29, 2017. That's right, 2017. The work is not complete yet and today as I went to go out my front doors, there was a red notice taped across them that said, "NO ACCESS". That was from the city inspector. And yet Morgan Exteriors has sent me letters demanding the balance of payment or they will put a lien on my home. NOT ONE GOOD THING has come out of hiring this company. The owner, Kirk Morgan, even hung up on me during a phone conversation. BAD BUSINESS!!!!!

This is the worst service provider ever. I ordered all of the above on Dec 29, 2017, 218 days ago, paid half down, and the only item that has been fully installed are the 2 regular bedroom windows. Every other item came in as a different item than I ordered. I was told that every item was being re-ordered and that it would take less time to receive because the person ordering could "pull strings" and "knew people". However, it has been 5-6 weeks LONGER than the original WRONG order took and my project manager has no idea when the items are coming (or even if they were truly re-ordered! have repeatedly asked for Mr. Morgan to call me with no response, and have also requested an itemized invoice several times, again, with no response. My project manager is very nice but he just avoids answering my questions. Nice does not get the job done and this job is ridiculously overdue. Very, very, very unprofessional in every aspect except to get half of my money down - $20,000 dollars!

My door was installed by Morgan Exteriors Inc. I had an issue and I need a door repair. I called the company and they informed me that they are fully book until next week. After a week they called my and said that they could do the job. I advised them that I already hire someone to do the work. He hang up on me and I think that's a rude thing to do.

Salesman was very nice until we told him we were getting two more estimates. He told us "the price he quoted was TODAY ONLY". I showed him there newspaper ad from that day that stated all routes are good for 30 days. He got all huffy and packed up and left. As it turned out his today only price was $3000 more than the company we went with.

I posted a review on 4/18/18 and was unhappy because we received metal hurricane shutters when we only discussed fabric clear shutters with the salesman. The owner called us and did apologize for the misunderstanding and sent us clear shutters at no additional cost. They are not fabric but at least will not be in total darkness with metal shutters in case of a storm. I was pleasantly surprised that the company did hear our complaint and did agree to do something to make it right. I am happy with the windows and the installation and would do business with them again, making sure I got things written clearly and detailed on the contract. Thank you Mr Morgan.

The job was wonderful but the warranty was/is non existent. Great sales job on the high end siding showing on how tough it was (it's not). I've had it on the house for 15 years but about 9 years ago we had the one piece of siding crack from a tree limb hitting it in a storm and had to hire another company to fix it. Morgan said it was a bullet - odd it didn't go through the foil insulation behind the siding. We are in the same situation again with more damage and I can't even pay Morgan to fix it. The Siding is VERY brittle!

Found them through another search engine requesting a quote for 10 windows. Was contacted immediately to schedule appointment. Received a confirmation email and phone call to confirm appointment from the company. Returned specifically from West Palm Beach to be here for scheduled appointment at 2:00. At 2:25 sent email to scheduler asking where rep was, no reply. At 3:00 I called the company and told them that since they didn’t have the courtesy to call me and tell me rep was running late or not showing, that I was leaving and no longer needed their services. Received follow up call from Morgan Exteriors offering to make it right with a $25 gift card. I said a simple courtesy call to let me know someone was running late would have gone a long way. If they can’t be here on time to sell the product, not a lot of confidence in getting the entire process completed without other issues.

Morgan Exteriors did an excellent job installing hurricane impact windows. The windows passed the town inspection with flying colors. I was very satisfied with their work .

fine. The shutters were a problem on a couple of windows which we noticed as we were preparing for Irma , they came right out and fixed the issue both at my house and my daughters.

He gave me a more economical way to go. Very professional and honest. Will use them in the future.

8 double hung windows, 2 of which were slim sized, non-impact Simonton 5500 series. Cost around $9,000. One SGD, non-impact Simonton 5500 series. Cost around $3,500. I am sure the company had a good laugh at how easily they conned me.

In short, it was the sales pitch that wouldn't end, making us feel trapped in our own home, and they were $14,000 higher than the 3 other quotes we received. Mr Morgan's sales team is required to go through an entire binder of educational information with you as a sales tactic to set the stage and try to sell the value of their extremely high prices before they even begin speaking about their own windows, and the cost. They even show quotes from other companies while they bash their competition. I'm in sales myself, so I get it, but this whole pitch was very tacky. Try as you might, they won't skip through the book and get to the good stuff. We were told the whole appointment may take 60- 90 minutes, which I felt was excessive. Instead, it took well over 2 hours, and at the end they try to pressure you into signing that day for whatever promotion they've come up with, and an additional 5% off. Their quote came in at $42,000 for 24 high impact rated windows, and then $28,000 for the non-impact low e windows. We explained there was no way we'd be signing anything that day. After this appointment we had several other companies through offering PGT windows, and all of their quotes came in around $28,000 for a whole house of impact rated windows. They are substantially overpriced, and we didn't appreciate their lack of respect for our time. A window quote should take no more than 30 minutes. This was just ludicrous.

Received callS from Morgan Exteriors after signing up on a 3rd party's free quote form. I mentioned ahead of time that we were just looking for rough estimate as we've had salesmen over that did demos. We understood that a final measure had to be done for final numbers, and if the price was comparable enough we'll schedule an in-home demo/visit/estimate. Maureen was nice enough during the phone call that we agreed for a visit next day. We received what we thought was a great price from another company the night before so we cancelled the appointment with Morgan Ext. Received a call once again from Morgan and that time, Mary was on the phone. This lady was resilient in having someone over even after I refused a few times without a rough estimate (since we already got a great quote). Mary was brash as she wanted me to listen to her talk but not once did she hear what I said. From this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

There was some type of seam tape that had to be used to stop the leaking. The Morgan Company did not charge us even though we were prepared to pay for a maintenance visit. They also had re-roofed our home about 2 years ago and did a great, great job.

Booked them for an estimate. A rep called and set a Saturday afternoon appointment. They were a no show, no call. I'm happy they have so much business that they can afford to blow off a big job.

Poor communication, expensive prices, unresponsive owner who only agreed to stand behind work after repeated calls reminding him that the work had a warranty for defects in material and workmanship. The only thing Morgan exteriors was quick at was cashing my check. When I was speaking to the owner (Keith Morgan) about issues we were having that were arising from poor caulking/prep work that caused the replaced wood to rot in 18 months, he yelled at me over the phone and said" What do you expect- YOU LIVE IN A SWAMP!". I guess this was a swipe at my blue collar neighborhood (which is high and dry by the way), but there's no reason why there should be mold all over the paint (in less than 18 months!) and poor caulking that led to wood rot in just 18 months. Morgan Exteriors used to have an "A" rating here on Angies list. Now it's a B-. Look for it to be a D in another year if they treat customers like they treated me. Gary in Lutz

I scheduled an appointment for estimates and Bruce came out. He was matter-of-fact, professional and knowledgeable. He flatly turned down the lintel work as being outside of the services they provide. Fair enough, BUT what he did do was personally verify that another estimate I had on the work to be done was a good price, AND he explained why Regarding the soffit, he took a look at what needed to be done, and told me that having his company do it was overkill and that I should use a regular handyman. So, Bruce uses his knowledge in the field to verify the validity of someone else's estimate, and then refuses to gouge my wallet on a soffit repair. You had me at Hello Bruce....you had me at hello. If you are on the fence about hiring this company, allow me to push you off that fence. HIRE THEM! I am writing a review that I didn't have to, on work that wasn't done, simply as a way of saying thanks for everything Bruce did for me. Exactly how much else do you need to know about Morgan Exteriors?

Nearly 2 years ago a salesman from Morgan Exteriors quoted my wife and me some work we were considering having on our home. The salesman never followed up on several questions we had for him so we decided to use a different company for some of that work. In the time since, a Morgan representative, usually a woman named Jeanette, would call both our home and my cell phone several times a month still wanting our business for the remainder of the work and assured me the previous salesman was no longer with the company. Finally, on account of their persistence, we agreed to give them another chance. On October 15th, 2015 a different salesman, Bruce, came to our house. We needed our lanai rescreened with an upgraded wall structure, door and tile removal and prep for a new floor to be installed by another party on account Morgan does not install flooring. Bruce was extremely professional, personal and answered all of our questions. He finally gave a price quote. He said the price would "normally" be slightly above $8000.00. However, if we agreed to have the work done on a "slow week in late November or early December when the builders usually have nothing to do" it could be done for $6150.00 (give or take a few dollars). I joked that I like round numbers and said if he made it an even $6000.00 we would give him the required 1/3 deposit and sign the sales agreement. That was the extent of the negotiation. We gave Bruce the $2000.00 check, said our goodbyes and looked forward to having the work completed during the week of November 30th. It was a week we would be on vacation out of town visiting family and not be home. Being home was not a requirement and Bruce told us we would get daily phone calls and progress pictures sent to us. I also advised neighbors they would be working during that week. Over the course of the next week, I sent him a copy of the house survey and our house paint color that he needed and an engineer came over to do the final measurements. All we had to do was wait for the week of the 30th of November to have the work completed and be ready for Christmas entertaining. On Saturday, November 21st we decided on our flooring tile choice from another company. We purchased it and were told it would be held for 30 days. Since we did not have the sales agreement with us, I had a couple quick questions for Bruce and attempted to call him that afternoon. I left a voice mail for him. My call was not returned. However, upon returning home and reviewing the sales agreement, our questions were answered. Again, we looked forward to having the work completed the week of November 30th so that we could have the tile installed shortly thereafter. We expected a phone call from Bruce on the evening of Monday, November 30th telling us how the first day of the construction went. We received no call. On the morning of December 1st, I called Bruce's cell phone. There was no answer so I left a voice mail asking for a call and update. I received no return call. I made another call and left a voice mail the afternoon of the 2nd. Again, no return call was made. I then called Morgan Exteriors. The phone representative, Dionne, said Bruce would call me right back as soon as he finished his meeting with a customer. As expected, he never called back. On the morning of the 3rd, I called my neighbor. He said nobody ever came to the house and the lanai was untouched. I called Morgan Exteriors once again. I was transferred to the Operations Manager, Cheryl Morgan, wife of the company?s owner. Cheryl told me that our contract was canceled by her husband on November 17th and my $2000.00 deposit was sent back to me via a company check. This was more than one month after the agreement was signed! She said it was canceled on account her husband felt there was no money to be made from the work that was to be performed. Understandably, I was livid and my anger was evident while speaking but remained very courteous towards Mrs. Morgan. I asked why I was not advised the contract was canceled. She said I was supposed to be advised but she could not give a legitimate reason as to why I was not advised. I told her I had not received a check from them. My vacation did not begin until the 25th so if a letter had been written and a check sent on the 17th, I would have received it well before then. Whether it was her responsibility, her husband's or Bruce's to advise me of the cancelation does not matter. She repeatedly apologized. Understandably, the apologies did nothing for me. I also want to mention that during our conversation, Mrs. Morgan said her husband had recently suffered a heart attack. She was distraught and flustered and began to cry. Without my interrupting or saying anything, she mentioned that this could have been the cause of it. I did not comment on what she said but was dismayed that she had the nerve to imply my dealings with their company was the possible foundation for her husband?s heart attack. She then transferred me to a production crew member, Ray, I believe was his name. Ray basically told me the same thing as Cheryl but also proceeded to toss Bruce under the bus by making it very clear that "Bruce had been screwing up a lot lately." It was obvious I would have no recourse through them. Despite my severe anger, I professionally ended the conversation. I arrived home on Saturday, December 5th. An envelope from Morgan Exteriors postmarked 02 Dec '15 PM was with my mail. A form letter dated November 17th was inside along with the company check for $2000.00 - dated 11/30/2015. I found it interesting the postmark of the envelope was for the evening of the same date I first spoke to the Morgan Exteriors phone representative, Dionne - three days after construction was to have begun. The wording of the letter inside was repugnant. It read: "Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill the contract you previously entered into. I am enclosing our check representing your deposit return and am therefore closing my file this matter." It continued: "Thank you again for considering our company and we would love to have you for a customer. If there is anything we can do to earn your business for the services we can provide, please don't hesitate to call. I apologize for any inconvenience this matter has caused." It was signed by Cheryl Morgan. I also looked at the sales agreement once again. Had I decided to cancel, I would have had to do so within three days of signing it. They took nearly five weeks to do so and did not even have the courtesy to let me know - that took over seven weeks and was only because of my contacting them. The above information can be verified via phone records and copies of the mentioned documentation. Unfortunately, my telephone conversations with Mrs. Morgan and Ray were not recorded. I doubt I have any legal recourse and don't have the time or energy to pursue it. I can only hope my sharing this negative experience will help anyone else considering using Morgan Exteriors. I also hope my tile can be held beyond the 30 days at the other company - and that the Morgan Exteriors check does not bounce!

A year later, everything is holding up very well, receiving positive comments from neighbors. The team of 3 was considerate, responsive, thorough, and detailed over the many days of hard work. The company gets business based on referrals as much as possible. We chose them after Angie's List reviews and another neighborhood job being well done. The team has been together for years and worked in well orchestrated coordination given the many steps required to bring the house back to splendor.

We used Morgan Exteriors years ago for a front door replacement and were very pleased. When we were ready to replace our windows we made sure to include them in the list of companies under consideration. Bruce in sales took time to answer all of our questions. We had special concerns in that our windows were all custom and we have a metal roof and siding that complicated the install. The owner of the company came to do the final measurements and confirm that his men could handle the install. Everything went wonderfully! Morgan's team completed the job in two days cleaned up and were professional and considerate through out the process. They even double checked with our roofing company Aluma Tile to make sure they could walk on the roof without damage. The city inspector complemented the job they did and mentioned how well the windows were sealed. After the the city inspection was completed Dennis came and placed caps on all the screws and confirmed that all went well. I would will use them again.
