Repeated phone calls and voice mails over a very short period of time. Three calls and one voice mail within 45 minutes. They also cannot do the full kitchen remodel I had put in for. Wasted my time. The person on the phone called me by a nick name I don’t use as opposed to my name. I do not appreciate that.

Workers very educated, professional & respectful. Above all they were responsible as far as appointments and agreements.

Fred was as professional as you would want his explanation and display is what made me choose this company I could not have had a better explanation of all my options thank you

Very good work! Friendly and professional it just took a little longer because only one person did each part of the project. Overall it came out beautiful. They do good work.

Took a long time to get the sliding doors delivered from manufacturer.

After Morgan exteriors was hired and the initial payment was made, they said it was going to take about 2 months to get the kitchen cabinets. It took a lot longer than that. I had to call them every couple of months to see if the product had come in. Then we had a big mix up about when they were supposed to show up or whom they were supposed to call upon coming to the condo. They kept calling me instead of calling the tenants or the management company. Once the kitchen cabinets were finally installed then they were upset that they had to come back and fix it. He actually told me to tell the tenants to fix it themselves.

They work really fast, nice costumer service
