I was actually amazed a home service company actually lived up to their reviews found on here. Everything said in the others is absolutely true. Professional, prompt, efficient, clean, straight-forward. I had estimated 12 vents to clean when I scheduled with them, being on my cell phone at the time and not at home I had under estimated the number of vents by 14. They rolled with it and got the job done so quickly we were amazed. Anthony and Darren are great.

Darren and Anthony were on time and got to work after they looked at the vents. Very professional, courteous and cleaned up after they finished. Explained to me what they were going to do and answered my questions. I would recommend them to other people.

From the moment they called me I knew I was dealing with professionals. Darren and Anthony both were well mannered, well dressed, and well groomed. Extremely professional they did there job well and cleaned up after they were done. Considering I inquired on here in the morning by that afternoon they showed up on time and cleaned my A/C duct work and air handler the same day! Darren answered all my questions, before, during and after the service. He showed me a photo of the "before and after" on my main return and it showed a tremendous difference in the amount of dust. I believe having the ducts cleaned and sanitized will help a great deal with my allergy problems. Very satisfied.

Not only the dryer vent was cleaned. Darren and Anthony also cleaned all of the ducts in the house. They were on time, quickly expedited the work and cleaned up after the job. I was extremely satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them.

My experience with Fresh Air was definitely positive and I have already recommended this company to others. Being on a budget it was important to me that they were able to beat the other quotes I had received. Darren and Anthony arrived when scheduled, they explained their cleaning process to me and even left my laundry room cleaner than they found it. Both were professional and courteous.
