They wear booties over their shoes and clean up well when they are done, not only clean inside the duct work but also take off each vent and take them outside to be cleaned. Will hire them again.

They showed up on time, very personable, very professional, did a fantastic job, explained the process, the house smells wonderful (I have allergies so this is very important), I have peace of mind that the dryer vents were also cleaned do not have to worry about fire starting. I would recommend they were wonderful.

answered all questions i had over the phone - with quote. called to get to us early when they realized there schedule permitted. cleaned the drier vent. provide video illustrating clear air flow. did a test load of wash - drier cycled in about 1/3 the time and no condensation. will use them again. looking forward to energy saving and longer dryer life. friendly and professional.

There was a small problem in the scheduling of the work. This was resolved with not much inconvenience to me. The company gave me a reduced price to show its good faith. They cleaned my dryer vent and my AC ducts. I was hoping to see what was being sucked out of my vent to see exactly how dirty they were, but apparently that wasn't possible as their heap-vac is large enough to clean numerous houses without being emptied. This would have given me more confidence that the overall service -regardless of which company - was worth it. But the crew showed up on time and were very quick.

This company did an excellent job cleaning my AC Ducts & Dryer vent, and gave me helpful suggestions on preventive maintenance. Compared to other companies, their price was reasonable. I would highly recommend them, as I found them to be very ethical!
