Great, looks wonderful.

We had Travertine tile installed by a friend of a friend to complete one room and the kitchen. When they were finished installing the tile, we needed to have it sealed and polished to give it a very good look. I contacted LCS and they were able to work us into their schedule the very next day. Lisa came out to the house very quickly and she was very thorough in her evaluation of the work that needed to be done and what they could do to seal and polish the floor. I was a little surprised at the cost of the work and felt that the price was a bit high for what we wanted to have done. I was not in a position to spend more time researching companies and compare prices for what they were going to do. I decided to have them do the work and they came out the very next day. The two men came out as scheduled and did a very good job and we are pleased overall with the look of the floor. They were very courteous and tidy as well as telling me what was the best finish to put on the floor so that it really had a great shine. The floors look great and we are very pleased overall with what they did. I would use them again for the same type of work.

Very well. There was a glitch in the process (no fault of LCS or us). The previous owner of the home did not choose a high quality travertine and have it installed properly. The LCS technicians were not able to do a "simple" cleaning/polishing/sealing job as we had thought. They went above and beyond the call of duty to find a solution and did not charge me extra for the additional services and effort! They completed the job and the floor looks great. I truly appreciate the honesty of the company in keeping me informed of the problem, the solution they found and making sure that I was "on board" and that the job was completed to my satisfaction! My only "regret" is that LCS did not do the install in the first place! I know it would have been done right from the start and with a product that was of the highest quality.I am very, very happy with the job they did and highly recommend them to others!

Lisa showed up ON TIME to estimate the job. Very professional, knowledgable and easy going at the same time. I/we had done online research, spoke to friends that have travertine as well as flooring professionals that gave advice. We also have a few friends that have used LCS and have seen their results. We scheduled the work at a convenient time and got more than we expected. Here it is over a month later and I've been more than pleased. When I've got questions, I get a TIMELY response! Very important to me; I've never experienced anything but ceramic in my home, so this is a bit new to me. AND the floors shine. Just this morning my garage door contractor commented on how beautiful the floors look! One of many compliments! Now, I did briefly take the time to read all the reviews, including the negative one. Human nature is as such. I cannot and will not believe that the fine people that came in my home and allowed my travertine investment to shine would conduct themselves in such a way. If you need quality work at a fair price and expect the work to get done ONE TIME AND PROFESSIONALLY you need to look no where else. Period.

We installed Travertine tile throughout our entire home last year and LCS did an amazing job refinishing them, so we called them back out this last week to refinish a bathroom we recently remodeled. Once again, LCS has proven to us their quality of work and professionalism is above standard, we would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of work.

Don't be fooled by this companies website. The website is the best part of the company. We were incredibly impressed with the website, but they showed up in a beat up pick-up truck towing a beat up trailer. They bragged they had 30 years experience, but obviously not polishing marble floors. Do not let these people near your marble floors. The people who came in to do it scratched the floor horribly. You can see the circular scratches left by their machine and pads. The company L C S themselves told us that the floors would need to be honed to make them look their best, but they didn't tell us this until after the fact, almost as if this was some sort of scam to get more work out us. One of the owners of LCS admitted he had no excuse for the damage to the floor. They attempted to undue the damage but were unable to do so and then became argumentative and stormed out of the h ouse. These people ruined my beautiful marble floors. UPDATE AS OF 3/18/13 This company has no insurance. Their lawyer informed us in writing that "my client does not have any insurance". NO INSURANCE!!! Angies List should be sure listed companies have insurance and a license.

The wonderful folks at LCS were spot "on" in every regard, from the original estimate to the planning, all the way to the sparkling finished floors! We found the staff of LCS to be wonderful to work with as they walked us "hand-in-hand" through the whole process and kept us updated from start to finish, which I might add was completed right on schedule. We would definitely recommend LCS to anyone seeking a true "craftsman" restoration of their terrazzo floors. Jeff and Coleen Kremer

Good response, punctual, provided several options for restoring select areas I had damaged. I chose the cheaper option and it turned out beautifully.

Went very smoothly. I've used LCS before and was pleased with their work both times. They were prompt, professional and did a great job.

They arrived promptly - very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Moved our furniture with care - everything was put back in the right place. It took a day and a half to complete my floors. They look wonderful. I was thrilled with the work and the staff.

My overall experience with LCS was great. It all started when Leon on Lisa showed up to provide me with a free estimate. They were upfront and explained everything I could expect from the restoration process. They provided a range in price explaining that a firm price could not be determined until the existing materials were removed and the amount of patching could be determined. Leon and his crew showed up in the morning and had all of my existing carpet and tile removed that same day. They showed me everything that was uncovered and were very honest regarding what I could expect from the final product. The entire process took almost two weeks, and I could not be happier with how the floors turned out. LCS was a fantastic company to work with from start to finish.

The work has received many compliments. I am very pleased and I would recommend them to my friends.
