Koster Konstruction

Ryan hires contractors to do work and then doesn't pay them!!! He owes us 30 grand and refuses to pay. All his home owners are never happy with him as a GC. Watch out workers...he will STEAL from you!!!

We have been very happy with Koster. Overall Ryan is great, although the original work was completed over two years ago he still responds quickly to any question or concerns that we have. He has provided the details for both his garage door contractor and HVAC, which we have used independently on follow-up work. I would recommend him to anyone. Case in point, the one issue has been the exterior paint (he has discontinued working with this painter). Ryan is still working with us and the paint manufacturer to get our house repainted, which we hope to complete very soon. Nothing ever goes perfect with any large job such as this, but we are glad to have Ryan working with us, even now. I would definitely use him for future work.

We had a great experience with Ryan. It has been nearly a year and a half since his company completed our porch and we are still so happy that we hired Koster Construction to do the job. We love it! Ryan was courteous, responsive, professional and stayed within his estimate, even when the project took longer than expected. He handled the permits and all inspections with Pasco County. The porch is beautiful and the construction is amazing. We couldn't be happier!

Excellent, good communication, came back to make adjustments to fully satisfy my desires.

I made contact for an estimate for a floating secured dock that I drafted. This was sent to him February 7, 2012 and there was a verbal confirmation of receipt made via the phone. Weeks went by and I called(2-23-2012) to check on it and he said he would get back to me...then nothing so I called again and he said his estimator was not able to give one do to personal reasons keeping him from work. Ryan said he would contact him or do something to get the numbers to me. It is now March 22, 2012 and??? Nothing! Will not contact them again and discourage others from wasting their time..I am sorry and I was hoping it was not going down this road and I would not be writing this letter. HUDSON, FL

Ended up having someone else finish job. I have new nice pictures! Respose from contractor is no signed contract, he did not pull permits. There was no contract just estimate and then bill. I am adding a photo of payments with his initials on bottom.

Ryan Koster came at stated time and provided accurate estimate for repairs. His team came back on a day and at a time we selected and not only performed the repairs professionally ... back to original status ... the team stayed within the estimate.

It went very well. First the poles had to be set by one crew who worked all day in the hot sun and then the construction crew was there first thing in the morning and worked through the day until 4:30 or 5 PM. Only rain got in the way of the progress. Crews were hard working, polite and punctual.
