Chris and company are very knowledgeable and experienced on the subject of palms. Our trimming project was done rapidly and on time. Chris is honest and provides great service at a reasonable cost. If you choose this company, you and your palms will be happy.

Chris Tillman is just Awesome! I must have called 10 Tree Service providers, all highly rated from Angie's List, to get the 4 Palms at the front of my house trimmed. Most of them did not return my phone call. The ones that did, I didn't meet their minimum requirement as they only do 'Big' jobs. Frustrated, I came upon Chris' Facebook and Angie's list page and did what it stated, "when tree companies wont trim your trees, and the lawn guy cannot get to them, call us." I called even though, technically, it was out of his service area. Maybe 30 minutes later, Chris called back. I texted photos of our trees to him and he sent a quote back... yes, all via text! He did mention that we were out of his service area so it would cost a little more. He quoted $200 to trim the trees and said he could be out the very next day at 1:00pm and that he'd text when on the way. Day of, he was running late and sent a text to let me know. When they arrived, they wasted no time getting to work. Before I knew it, the trees were trimmed and all of the debris was loaded into the truck. The trees look great! Since we were out of his service area and Chris was so great, I decided to tack-on an extra $25 on to help with fuel costs. Absolutely Top-Notch Service! Professional. Efficient. Will definitely hire again.

Just Palms is a company I would absolutely hire again. Chris communicated well, did great work and cleaned up all debris.

Called Chris in the early afternoon and he squeezed us in for later that afternoon. It's not always easy finding good reputable companies who can or will do the very tall palms--especially at a reasonable price. He was more than happy to help us out. They did an exceptional job on the palms and the bottlebrush. They took great care in not ruining the flower bed below the palms. The trees look great, and there was no debri left behind. Will only be calling Chris in the future to take care of our trees.

Job was done quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up well. He used a ladder which is preferred. Nice and easy to deal with. I asked for an estimate for other work. I will use him again in the future. My neighbor saw him and also contracted his services for palm trimming.

The Just Palms crew presented punctually as scheduled, and did an excellent job primarily of trimming my palm trees and cutting a few small branches from an oak near a palm. They are a highly professional crew that I am happy to give my highest service recommendation.

After leaving a voicemail on Saturday, I received a prompt callback from Chris and described my six tall, scruffy Wahingtonians in need of a trim, sent photographs and received a quote. Chris stated that he could perform the work on Monday. Monday was a very blustery day; Chris still performed half of the work and returned Tuesday to finish with better wind conditions. My palms look fabulous!

Just Palms did a great job trimming two of my palms which were close to our fence without getting any debris in our neighbor's yard (very important!). They also had proper safety gear, which past trimmers remarkably did not have. Chainsaws and ladders, anyone?

It went very well. They came on schedule and did a great job trimming all our trees for a very good price and they did a good clean up job. I will use them again.

Chris is terrific! He has been trimming our palms for several years and always does a great job. Very reasonable and does a great job cleaning up. We would recommend him highly!

Very happy with this service, and the price was very reasonable. Trimmed 3 canary date palms, two queen palms and three robellini's. Chris was great to work with and his helpers were good too. They cleaned up after themselves and left the yard uncluttered and neat. Will definitely call them again for my next service.

He was a little late to begin with so I was a little worried, as I am a punctuality nut, however, he really did an awesome job. The trees look great and he cleaned up every bit of debris. I will definitely use him in the future as well as recommend him to others.

Chris and two of his people came on a Saturday morning. He stopped by earlier in the week to give me an estimate. It turned out that they did more work than originally anticipated . Chris removed the dead bark from the two very large palms on my property which no other company had ever done. Overall they did an excellent job and cleaned up every bit of debris before leaving. Chris also climbed onto my roof to remove debris from a section of gutter. If you need palm and other tree service I highly recommend Just Palms.

Chris was responsive to my inquiries, arrived when agreed to and did a fine job for me.

I contacted Just Palms on a Friday without realizing that they are closed on Fridays, left a message for what I was looking to have done. Chris contacted me on Monday, we discussed the job that was needed, he have me a rough estimate over the phone which was reasonable, and said he could be out the next day to do the job, weather permitting. I gave him the go ahead. When I arrived home the next afternoon, all was done and he was working on finishing the cleanup. 2 Queen Palms about 15-20 feet tall, were trimmed of all dead/yellowing branches, seed pods were removed, and the boots were properly cleaned up. All the debris was picked up an hauled away. The 2 trees look great ! He estimated the cost at $75.00 but I felt the job that was done was worth more and added a discretionary amount. We discussed when it might be best to have them done in the future (calendar wise) and I certainly will be calling him again when it's time.

Chris and his workers did an excellent job. I have used Just Palms several times with very satisfactory results . Chris and his workmen are professional, courteous and easy to do business with. He trims the palms well and cleans up the debris, including blowing off the roof and gutters after trimming palms which overhang the front of my home. His pricing is very fair and he goes the extra mile for his clients. I highly recommend his work and value that Just Palms is licensed and insured . I will be scheduling Just Palms again in six months for trimming and clean up prior to spring growth on palms and oaks. Thank you Chris and crew for another great job!

Another home run! Greatly appreciate Mr. Tillman's expertise, precision and laser sharp attention to SAFETY. This was the 3rd routine visit. Palm trees are definitely showing better growth and symmetry with his excellent care.

Chris did an excellent job, and he went above and beyond "JUST" palm tree trimming! We are new to the area, and Chris took the time to discuss important points re: palm tree growth and maintenance in order to help our trees to not only look good, but thrive. He also gave us a heads up on what to expect and when (e.g., seed pods). We appreciated his professionalism and follow up-- he texted to re-confirm the appointment, and then let us know when he was on his way. We also appreciated his experience and attention to detail. For example, Chris made sure to achieve an overall symmetric appearance for all the palm tree groupings. He is also very safety conscious. We greatly appreciate Chris' professionalism and expertise, and we will definitely contact him again.

Chris is honest and professional. I first sent him a picture of the tree and he said 300.00.He then came out and looked at the tree and said it didnt look as big as in the pictures and said 225.00.I knew this price was more than fair having used other tree services and gave him the job.He came a week later with his helper and did everything he said he would and a little bit more. He cleaned up all the dead branches from the yard and removed them..Very pleased would hire him again.

Chris was very punctual getting back to me. He and his co worker came to the house right on time and gave me suggestions on what would look best. I was really happy about this. We are new to the state so we are still learning about the climate and plantings. Chris was very helpful. After they finished, they cleaned everything up and hauled it all away.

Chris did a nice job trimming 4 Palm trees, 3 of which were at least 40 feet tall, and cleaned up and hauled away all the debris.
