Up until today I have been completely satisfied with this company. They have cut back trees for us in the past, and they been mowing our lawn for us since we moved here 14 months ago. Jay was suppose to meet me at my house last week to go over a redo of our landscaping, but he cancelled about an hour before the appointment. So we rescheduled and today we had a confirmed appointment at 2:00 p.m. Jay was suppose to meet me at my house to go over the landscaping project. As of 2:20 p.m. he wasn't here so I texted him to see if he was still coming. He responded by asking me if he could come by later in the day, without so much as an apology for missing our appointment. I told him no because I would not be home and he tried to reschedule for the next day, and again I wouldn't be home. I simply told him then that since our times are not working out, I would look for another company. I thanked him and left it at that. To which he replied that while I'm looking for another landscaping company, look for another lawn service. He was rude and was obviously angry with me because I told him I'd look for another company, when I am the one who should be angry since he missed our appointment without as much as a text message to let me know he couldn't make the appointment or would be late. I'm tired of hearing excuses of how busy people are. We're all busy. If you can't make an appointment or if you're going to be late, text or call and let the person know. Common courtesy. So I have found a new lawn service, and I will be using another landscaping company who I'm sure will be glad to do the job and take my money.

Jay kept his appointment with us as scheduled. He listened to our ideas regarding the type of landscaping we wanted. Within 2 days he sent us a written estimate. He and his crew arrived promptly and performed the work quickly and professionally. He even added a line to our water sprinkler system on the side of the house that day. He brought beautiful, healthy plants which will be guaranteed for 2 years. Would definitely hire Jay again.

We loved the job that Jay did. They came out on a Saturday and we're actually an hour early. The team did the entire job in 3 hours and it would have easily taken us 3 full weekends if we did it ourselves. The end result looks great and I thought the first price that Jay gave me out of the gates was fair. I would recommend Jay to friends and family. Job well done!

They did a great job and it was well worth it.

Called and left message to call me for a price quote, never heard back. Maybe they had a phone glich, I only called once, left my name and number on there answering machine, and a description of what I wanted done and never got a call back. I didn't bother calling again because the other gentleman I called called me back promptly and we met for a quote, he gave me a fair price so I hired him.

They are outstanding. They are very good at what they do. They are a little bit more expensive than others might be, but I am very pleased with their work.

I contacted Jay after seeing him on Angie's List and it was a week or so before I heard back. But he explained that he had been out of town. After than he came promptly and gave me an estimate. He offered good suggestions for what type of material to use (I had thought of using gravel). I really like the crushed shell and landscape timers. Great job. The actual cost was a tad higher than the estimate because I think he underestimated the amount of sod. Not a big deal.

Very pleasant to deal with and gets right on to things. Calls you back. Very into making the customer happy. My yard is rather large and he pays attention to things a lot of people don't pay attention to. Cost is monthly.

Overall, we have been extremely happy with the ongoing service and we recommend Jay often. He is helpful and informative and takes care of his customers.

He started out fine. I have big patches in the yard that have no grass and he says it will come back as soon as it gets more water. My lawn looks bad. I am dissatisfied with his work- he doesn't blow the grass off the porch and doesn't keep the yard up. I pay him per month.

HE DID A WONDERFUL JOB AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH HIS SERVICE. HE EVEN DID MORE THAN HE ORIGINALLY SAID HE WOULD BY EDGING MY YARD AS WELL. HE WILL BE BACK TO HELP ME LANDSCAPE MY YARD.

Jay did exactly what I wanted done and did it when he said he would. He basically cleaned up a bad yard on a home that I was putting up for sale, then maintenance. Jay did an excellent job all around!

We use them for weekly yard maintenance and landscaping. He was extremely friendly and professional. Jay has some really great ideas. Jay is the owner and he employs two other helpers (no turnover of employees in the four years weve used his service). This company is great!
