The technician that was sent out, Clint, was quick in determining the issue. He was patient and explained what happened with the A/C, as to why it wouldn't cool the house even though it was turning on. He even provided some tips on keeping the vents in a good state. I would definitely hire IERNA again.

The technician from the company was very thorough when inspecting and explaining the condition of our air conditioning unit. He was friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions.

I have never been so pleased with a contractor! I was provided a FREE estimate and a lot of free guidance regarding purchasing the right toilets while saving money. The plumber were running EARLY and called in advance to see if it was okay to arrive early. The installations were done perfectly without any mess left behind and I was charged exactly what I was quoted. I will only use IERNA moving forward.

Great installation Team. Professional, meticulous and very personable. They came on time and worked all day to replace my 18 year old system with a top of the line highly efficient system. They cleaned up everything and left it spotless. They even vacuumed the small amount of dust they made installing new thermostat in house. I am nosy with these kind of things. They answered every question politely and thoroughly when I asked them. During the installation, every time I went to see how things were going, they were hard at work constantly. I HIGHLY recommend Ierna.

The heat pump in my 3 year old home stopped cooling late Friday night, so early Saturday I went to Angie's List and chose to contact Ierna Heating and Cooling due to their excellent rating and reviews. At 06:30 I submitted an online request for service on Ierna's website and at 08:00 they called and scheduled me for 3-5pm. At 11:30, the technician (Shawn) called and asked if he could come early and, of course, I agreed! Shawn arrived 30 minutes later and quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the capacitor, and informed me it was still under warranty (I thought only the compressor was warranted past 1 year). I was charged the $69 diagnostic fee and returned to comfortable corona virus seclusion. Thanks so much for the timely, honest, and dependable service! Definitely recommend.

IERNA is truly the best-in-business, and had never let me down on my two other homes for which they've serviced in the past; my new home was no exception. Technician TJ is very detailed and professional, knows his business, and is very much into his job. From the start he explained to me what the readings meant, how it compared to the equipment's ratings, and his assessment of both the installed HVAC system and condenser which should last many years to come, even though the HVAC is getting there in age. In addition, photos of both the inside of the unit and the readings were emailed to me for my records.

They responded within a couple of hours. Plumber was professional and did a great job. Garbage disposal was leaking and he had to replace it . He even wore shoe covers into the house without being asked! I would recommend them to anyone.

Carlos Lopez did a great job! He took his time to make sure our unit was working properly and will be ready for the coming spring and summer heat. He recommended a surge protector and explained why it would be helpful, but with no pressure. I would definitely continue using Ierna for our HVAC needs, and would be happy to have Carlos continue to be our technician!

Excellent! Tech’s were Omar and Jensen , very hard worker’s, efficient, very professional and great attention to detail! Hope they are still there! Every place goes through techs, it’s a hard business but this company has been here a few times for little things, systems break in this heat no matter what you got for a system, I won’t ever use anyone else as long as their service stays like this, had a couple of cleanings , now I do myself, filters, keeping drain clean, etc,,,

Extremely satisfied with the service provided by Ierna, specifically Don in my case. I've been nursing some pin hole leaks for several years and finally decided to let the professionals handle it. Don V. came out and described exactly what was necessary and got the job done in an extremely professional manner at what I believe to be a very reasonable price. Glad I chose Ierna and thankful for Don's work and work ethic. Great Job!! Highly recommend.

IERNA’s made quick contact, gave me a list of options for new disposals over the phone, and helped me select the model that would be best for me. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Later I (due to my own fault) had to move the appointment, they had no issues. The next day Andrew (the plumber working for Iernas) called me to confirm our time about an hour beforehand. Moments later I received a text with the appointment details and a picture with which to verify Andrew when he arrived. Andrew was polite, knew what he was doing, and very efficient with my (and his) time. Within 45 min I had everything taken care of and really appreciated his help.

At the end of July, in the heat of the Florida summer, my 12 year old HVAC system was really struggling and my bills were showing it. It was time for an upgrade. I called 4 different companies for estimates on a Friday afternoon. Saturday morning , Nick From Ierna's gave me a very professional detailed estimate on various new systems, from good to best. After a few more companies came out after a few days, None showed the professionalism I received from Ierna's. The detail of the estimates wasn't even close. This was a good start. Don and Donnie showed up a couple days later and on time. they were also very professional and hard working. Their install looks and works great ! The city inspector found no issues and complimented the work Ierna's does. A little over a month later, everything is still great ! My electric bills are lower than in many years and the house is nice and cool. I did not choose the most expensive system or the cheapest. Middle of the line is good for me. All of the estimates I received were very close in cost for comparable units. I would not hesitate to call Ierna's for future HVAC or plumbing needs. It's hard to find quality service these days, Ierna's has it !!
