Description of Work: The tech came out to give me an free estimate on replacing my A/C unit. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I had an estimate from someone else which he was honest enough to tell me he could not beat. I would defiantly use them again.

Description of Work: Joe and Nick installed two air conditioners systems in our home and worked a very long day to finish so that we would have heat. Nick M was the salesperson and he was very nice and explained everything to us. We are very happy with the work done here

Description of Work: I thoroughly searched the List for potential whole house dehumidifier providers and decided to call Iernsa as one of the three I would consider. Angies list says their hours on Saturday are 8 to 4pm. I started calling at around 330 and patiently went through their recording three times trying several different options which all got me to departments that didnt make sense and answering machines. I finally pressed the option for emergency service and spoke to a nice young lady who said it was after hours and she would leave a message for salespeople. This was particularly frustrating because there was no option even to leave a message for a salesperson On the recording. Thats sufficient frustration to rule out them as a future supplier of service.

Description of Work: I had them come in to service my air conditioner and had them inspect the unit to see if i needed it to be updated. I found that the unit is almost 30 years old and I need a new central air system. However the cost was really high and I could not afford to have it done at this time.

Description of Work: They installed a new 5 ton air conditioning unit and gas furnace. They were prompt, professional, courteous and used top of the line equipment. The service technicians who installed the equipment were wonderful and the salesman was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend them highly.

Description of Work: I purchased a coupon from Angie's List for them to come out and service the A/C in my rental unit the same day. My husband said the gentleman he met with was friendly, helpful, and diagnosed the problem quite quickly. The fix was rather inexpensive (only about $50 + purchase price of the coupon). The fix was successful because my tenant hasn't had any issues with the A/C unit since. I would definitely use this company in the future.

Description of Work: Told them my AC was not working as well as it had been. They gave me the option of declaring it an emergency and they would come over that day or not an emergency and they would schedule a service call in a few weeks. I told them I was not comfortable with that since the system was working and so it was not an emergency but I was afraid it would fail. They then scheduled a service call within a few days. |The person doing the service call was very professional, told me that my AC was leaking coolant. They gave me the option of adding coolant, replacing the part that was leaking for $2300 or replacing the entire unit for various prices depending on what I wanted as a replacement. | |I got a second quote from another company and had them replace the unit but I am sure that Irena would have done a good job. The other company gave me a broader range of options and explained some of the cons of some of the more expensive and complicated units. I thought they were more interested in giving me the best unit for the cost and not in selling me things that I did not need.

Description of Work: Air Conditioner was not cooling efficiently. He found a leak, ordered the parts, and scheduled a second visit to install the parts. He was responsive and thorough.
