Description of Work: Diagnostic check on AC unit. As soon as he left the AC was not working correctly. We called and he answered and we followed his instructions. AC then worked for a month then went out again.

Description of Work: We submitted an email to the company through the Angie's List website in the evening. First thing the next morning we received a call saying a technician would be out that day. I was given a time frame and told the technician would call before he headed out. And that was exactly what happened! The technician showed me the problem and outlined my options and the costs involved for them. There was no pressure to do so, but because of the age of our unit and the cost effectivness of replacing the part verses replacing the unit, we chose to replace the unit. He worked with us on a resonable price, utilizing our Angie's List member discount and, voila! New unit was installed the next day. We were very happy with our service. The company we have used in the past seemed to always send us technicians who were unsure of themselves and we just didn't feel confident calling them again. Ierna's techs knew their product, were efficient and courteous every step of the way.

Description of Work: We purchased the deal June 18, 2015 and the deal was advertised as "Same Day Service". I heard from Angie's List via email to see if they contacted us on June 23, 2015 and I responded letting you know they had not. I decided to call them on my own on June 24, 2015. I told them what type of A/C we had and they said they repaired them. When the service man arrived and saw the unit, he said they did not repair this type of A/C. All of this is why I am rating them with a "C".
