Description of Work: Very friendly and efficient. We lost all of our coolant when a stray wire melted a hole in one of the lines. They patched up the hole and refilled the coolant, then secured the wire so it wouldn't become a problem again. Most of the expense came from the coolant because our unit uses the old type that's being phased out. Otherwise, we're very pleased with the work and would recommend Ierna to anyone else.

Description of Work: They came out and did the 21 point inspection. I knew I was going to need duct work done and insulation. But they gutted my entire duct system, replaced it, moved the air handler, filled with fluid, fixed a leak in it, and insulated my entire attic In a day and a half. Crew was great and very professional. They worked on a price and payment plan for us and we are already seeing the benefits of a more efficient system and we aren't even in summer yet!
