Description of Work: Annual maintenance on my ac unit. The worker was on time and professional. It is an old unit and he offered me a quote on a new one which I declined. He said if I wait, it might be a few days before they can replace it- slight sales pitch. I can certainly find someone else to replace the unit if need be, but overall, the feedback he gave me was the same as I received from my home inspection when I bought the house a year ago, which made me feel as if I was receiving good information.
