+ -1 moreFine. Shortly before the techie arrived, I noticed cool air coming out. I decided to have him check out what's going on anyways. All checked out fine. I gladly paid the service fee (lower than other companies). And had many questions answered as well. Service was timely, organized. I called early afternoon and a techie was able to come out the same day. Excellent. Service was professional, courteous, expert, friendly, and knowledgeable. Too good to be true, and yet it was.
Description of Work: Cooling had ceased despite all machinery and fans working.

+ -1 moreThe Repairman was a real trooper, at night during a rainstorm and being attacked by hordes of mosquitos he diligently worked to fix the air conditioner. Unfortunately, other parts were needed, and to the credit of the repairmen and the company, they did what was needed to get the job done right. I highly recommend these guys!

+ -1 moreInitially they did OK on the outside but it was rough on the inside so I was disappointed as a 2nd crew had to completely take it out and reinstall the unit. From the receptionist to the management team, communication was terrible with this company such as issue with a filter. Overall, they made it right and apologized for the issues.

+ -1 moreJeff J. came out on 4/27 to install a new Bryant HVAC system. He worked all day without taking a break and did an excellent job. He took away the old a/c system and furnace and cleaned up everything. We expect to save money on our energy bills since this new system is energy efficient. Jeff and Nick were amazed that our old Carrier a/c system lasted so long. They said that we must have taken very good care of it (and we did). We will continue to have Ierna's maintain and service our system.
Description of Work: Our 34 year old A/C compressor stopped cooling after heavy thunderstorms on 4/24. I found Ierna's on Angie's List and Nick H. came out on time that afternoon. After switching on the breaker, the compressor blew and all the freon escaped (we knew it was just a matter of time when this would happen). Nick quoted us a price on a new compressor; however since the unit was so old and the furnace even older, he recommended we consider replacing the HVAC system and we agreed and are glad we did. We were able to get financing with NO PAYMENTS, NO INTEREST for 12 months and then payments begin.
